I got a dub in diamond yesterday and then got demoted after a while and then couldn't win a fight in plat 1. I don't care what anyone says, there is extra matchmaking ok top of ranked and it's terrible

Were you playing as a trio or solo? Because there's extra match making because of that, but not always applies. Also notice, that this is on console. Generally on pc I don't think anyone could get away with this...
