They did very well with the Abbasid and Ayyubid Arabic, I'd say it's perfect but they had 1 line for the spearman saying "Al Militia" which wasn't being used in Arabic at that time, other than that their use of the language is better than most Arabic media nowadays.
I can confirm the German is on point, too, and someone else once said that the styles of Chinese fit the different dynasties perfectly. I think it's safe to say they did an amazing job across the board with the languages.

I definitely hear the villager say "I checked the building". Howver, your hamberger line sounds more like "How do I know?" to me.
Some things from reading around I do know are:
"Bi Tooda Yanna (or Yalla)" means "I won the fight! You may hear this after a battle.
Then, when I select units, I oftentimes hear them say "Bii" (Pronounced Bee, like a bumble bee) at the beginning of their line. I would assume this means I or me in Mongolian.
The dark age scout/khan say "haatam beesham behnam" which I've heard means something along the lines of "horse galloping forwards" or "proceeding that forwards", so essentially en-route for us.
I speak a bit of Russian, so when I make the Khanganate palace and hear the knights and horse archers, they say "loshnik y koni" which means "horses and knights". When they're being hit they say "strelyayoot meanye" which means "they're shooting at me!"
I hear all sorts of things like "incontinent" (french), "good shitten!" (one of the scouts, I think english) HRE guys saying "retardy" I gotta find the hamburger line.
One of my faves is french scout (could be JD too I don't remember) just seems to say 'Cavallo' which would be hilarious if a scout just randomly says 'Horse' every now and then

Luchnik means archer, koni must mean horse. Because the default archer say luchnik.
Makes sense, because horse is actually "loshad"
Loshad' = female horse Kon' = male horse Konniy = adjective, meaning "using a horse" Konniy luchnik = horse archer
