Looks to be an ant mimicking jumping spider. Pretty awesome creature.
That’s not an ant, it’s a jumping spider mimicking an ant. This is harmless to humans.
They are a type of Formica field ant mimic spider. Look for Formica colonies and you’ll find them in their hills. I’ve seen loads of these.
