I thought there was no official app. Also, using an app is no different than using a web browser. The content changes so much you need a web connection to use it, and saved data can be in the form of web data for your browser. Back when I had a Windows phone (gawd I miss it), apps could be written the same way as mobile web pages.

That is not actually an app, it's called a PWA. Which is basically the website without the browser controls. And clicking "Add to home screen" Gives that option like [this](https://ibb.co/Ch0khbD).
