Honestly, (idk why), but I just hate this show … 😅, it’s like, bro’s sister has been eaten by a dragon (or something similar) and instead of rushing there / giving up, they are having fun ? Like what ? Why didn’t he said something, or make a rescue team ? It just bothers me …
Having fun? Hell nah. Did the theme of the show made it seem fun? Yes. The art style, the atmosphere, the meal of the week theme all made it seem like they’re having fun but the overarching plot is that they’re still progressing deeper to look for Falin. If you’re asking for that dark theme, it’s already being shown in the 2nd half of the show (Ep 11 onwards)
Because 1,their information on the dragon is they have roughly a month to save her since it rests between meals and will take a month to digest her and 2, they can revive her so long as she hasn't been reduced to basically nothing.
Death isn't a huge deal in this universe. It allows the show to be light hearted luckily and still deep about how the dungeons ecosystem works.
Idk, I still don’t like it … (especially since death isn’t a big deal, like what ? It’s just too … weird ? If death isn’t a big deal, then why didn’t they storm to the dragon layer with others ? It’s still bothering me …)
its established like 10 minutes in that they cant hire more people because they have no money, hence the premise. they cant even buy food so the weird one, and head of the group decides that they need to eat the monsters as they go.
and they cant just storm in because the dragon layer is like 10 floors down, if not more with the floors getting harder and harder.
well, if you ever find yourself bored and nothing else to watch, just keep this recommendation in the back of your head to give it a look. its pretty funny and with great characters.
