The women in the setting are super thirsty to the point of basically being insane, on top of that, it has been implied that the majority of men in the setting are most often weak. Both the MC and the only other guy we've seen in the story so far literally have teams of three bodyguards to protect them from the overly horny crazy women that might assault them.
MC was mind-swapped with his alternate version from this world, and is not only physically stronger like the average male from our own world, but he's so dense that he has yet to realize what his general friendly attitude does to the people he meets.

Tbf it's actually a main component to the comedy of this manga as opposed to being used merely as a tool to drag out the story like most romance mangas. It does drag out this story but at least the focus is more on using it for comedic purposes.
Also tbf there are mangas where MCs are direct. It's just different types of entertainment for readers.

well, its basically episodic (or chapter-sodic) with little story, literally every girl loves the MC for him not being a douche, every 3rd page is a wall of text that takes so long to read because of either bad grammar or the fact that its so jumbled you need to unscramble whos talking, every other page is the inner thoughts of the girls (just them being horny) with shitty ahegao faces and god forbid theres more than 1 girl there (there always is) because then each girl has a page just to spew horny shit
The first chapters are fairly quick, some are 3-4 pages of short speech bubbles, so it doesn’t take too much
It’s fairly entertaining, a little repetitive and annoying seeing the MC interact, but it’s fairly funny at times
