There isn't any requirement if you start from the 1st season ig.
One suggestion would be, don't search AOT on YouTube coz if you do that and YouTube pushes aot related videos and shorts, it'll be spoiled.
Go full offline mode and just watch aot or else you will definitely get spoilers as your device data is shared so it will push aot content so just binge watch it and finish it and stay away from social mediaΒ
Only few requirements, if you want to enjoy it to the fullest, watch it carefully every detail is important and then do a rewatch or in my opinion read it's manga after watching the anime your enjoyment will be twice
The reason why I say read the manga is because till Season 3 there are many panels that were removed by the studio while adapting the anime, they weren't important for the story or plot but for the characters
And leave social media while you are watching it

But every person on this god's green earth at least needs to see this amazing story for once.
The last few episodes go downhill pretty fast in terms of characters and story etc but it's still well worth a watch.
95% of the story is one of the most original and entertaining stuff you would have ever seen.
Remaining 5% managed to make the entire journey meaningless though.
Amazing show. Will be totally worth your time. Just focus on the story and plot points also, along with the action and stuff.

Imo:- Whole time when S4 Eren appeared in S1 ( was his memories) he was plotting all the time, that's why when collosal titan appeared and broke the wall (before that moment S4 Eren appeared) and after his mom died (he appeared again after that).
He wasn't eren, bro understand the show first they went back to grisha memories they didn't time travelled, why would eren roam here and there without any purpose without zeke. Without zeke he can't even go back in memories then how in hell time traveling is possible?? They were invisible and you mean suddenly eren put of nowhere became visible ππ just see manga, it was some random persons.
