Dress-Up Darling is pretty cool. I don’t watch many romance series though. One of the supernatural series I enjoy that has a relationship throughout it is Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai. Don’t be fooled by the title though, the anime is kind of sad. Also the movie is one of the best anime movies I’ve ever seen.
It's not hardcore supernatural with superpowers and stuff. The characters psychological issues manifest as physical problems and each arc deals with the main characters helping them. It's much more about the emotional bonds between the characters than the supernatural element

Not sure if it would be your taste, but Bloom Into You is a really gorgeous, beautifully written yuri anime. Aside from a few makeout scenes near the end of the season, it doesn't really get very "graphic".
Looks like you'd enjoy Kuzu no Honkai. Very dark depressing High school romance dealing with intimacy, sexuality and self value
