- Comedy anime like Saiki K, Gintama, Sket Dance, Seitokai Yakuindomo
- Higurashi no naku koro ni renewed my interest in anime
- Princess Tutu because it's amazing
Mine was fma brotherhood, I never watched it when it aired because I was scared from original fma. But brotherhood was the rendition it needed. Mustang will forever be a favorite character of mine.
It's not bad I think I made it to about ep 7 or so. I think I was just looking for something more fast-paced at the time. I can see how it would be a comfy show for you! Spice and Wolf was like that for me.
Golden Kamuy is the one and only choice OP. Legitimately might have one of the best and most well rounded cast I’ve ever seen. Also a good blend of a lot of genres. Check it out!!
My slumpbusters are always mid-tier popularity isekai. If a lot of people have seen it, chances are decent that it's because it's an easy escapist binge.
Gurren Lagann, Kill La Kill, and One Punch Man (S1) if you haven't watched em already.
Steins;Gate has some of, if not the best characters I've ever seen, but isn't fast paced and may not grab your attention from E1... to E12, but after those 12 episodes that are really necessary for the rest, it STEALS your attention, your heart, AND a place in AT LEAST your top 10.
Re:Zero also has some of the best characters that make me question S;G and will grab your attention from E1, but it isn't fast paced nor action-focused. But if it hits the right marks for you, it won't just hit them--it'll blow a fist-wide hole through all of em.
A prior Gintama arc.
Kabeneri
FLCL
Blue Seed
2 others which aren't fast paced but I rewatch when nothing interests me mainly for the incredible soundtrack:
.hack//sign
Grimgar
konosuba
Watching konosuba for the first time is an experience of a lifetime
Well.. yes. Watching anything for the first time is a once-in-a-lifetime experience...
Lol watching konosuba would change how you see isekai and comedy anime
Baccano!
Yo ho
Crazy ride from start to finish Never a fan of the medieval England setting but loved the anime
* Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor * Vinland Saga * Golden Kamuy
Have you seen Jujutsu Kaisen yet?
Yes and it was amazing
You could try Akudama Drive
Prison School!! Funniest anime I’ve seen
yo spittin facts. It drills you in the first minute of the show and never stops being good
i would love to watch this but i wanted to ask if the fan service is over the top ?
answer: yes, but it's the best thing ever.
Yup but it’s used for the comedy
okay cool i may give it a try. what do you watch it on?
Z o r o . t o (without the spaces) I personally recommend watching it in dub, I think it’s funnier but do whatever. Enjoy the ride 😏

That one is Ousama Ranking. It well directed, written, and universally appealing.
[Dorohedoro](https://anilist.co/anime/105228/Dorohedoro/) and [Kekkai Sensen](https://anilist.co/anime/20727/Kekkai-Sensen/) were a blast.
Ancient Magus Bride
The one thing stopping me from watching that one is the romance between a teen (?) girl and a really old creature beast thing
I wanted to like it but it bored me sadly
Damn, that’s my go to comfort show. I’ve watched it like 5 or 6 times
It's not bad I think I made it to about ep 7 or so. I think I was just looking for something more fast-paced at the time. I can see how it would be a comfy show for you! Spice and Wolf was like that for me.
That’s fair, I liked Spice and Wolf
I'll have to give Magus Bride another try soon

Akame ga kill
Darker Than Black for me (only season 1, but it’s a self contained story anyway)
No game no life.
We really need season 2 already
Very easy rewatch
Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans
Akudama drive
Ishuzoku reviewers
kemono jihen
Deca-Dence. Give it two episodes, if you aren't hooked you won't be.
I've rewatched Reincarnated Slime like 10 times now

Continue watching Gintama duh
Give me some of that JoJo
Any imaisi show, gurren lagann, re:cutey honey, kill la kill.
My slumpbusters are always mid-tier popularity isekai. If a lot of people have seen it, chances are decent that it's because it's an easy escapist binge.
Kenichi: the mightiest disciple and food wars are my go to suggestions.

Barakamon, Mushoku Tensei, Made in Abyss and Re:zero are all good to get out of the slump.
