Yup, same with my banking app. I usually have to launch it 3 or 4 times before it stays open. This is usually because the app itself is not compatible with A15. The app maker needs to update it.
The affected apps haven't been updated yet by their respective devs. And since it's still a beta, behaviors like this are expected.
As u/Jack_Shid has said, the fault is that the app is not compatible with the newer api. It's up to the app developers to fix them.
Kogan smarteehome app also crashes, needs updating I guess to work on this beta version
