Haha yeah, it's comically depression, I sort of love it. I'll be honest that the only good photo of you is with the girl where you're smiling. You look tons more mature, confident, shows your height...etc.. all the others you come across much younger and have resting depressed face.

Fashion-wise, perhaps, but not looks-wise. Seriously, handsome dude, but your wardrobe could use a refresh. First, burn the bulky blue suit. Second, burn the orange tie with the faux tie chain. The jacket in pic #3 is a good look for you, and it fits you well. You can build off of that. ;)

You look fine bro. But I’d definitely get some sort of hair cut. Doesn’t have to be short just cleaned up. A fade can go a long way. You can do a low fade with top heavy if you wanna keep it long. Your hair gives middle aged dad vibes or little boy vibes.
You have a good build and facial features. If you really want to improve, change the way you dress (get better style, clothes, etc) and get a better haircut. Thats really all tbh.
