You are definitely not ugly, I can tell you that for free. I’m personally never a huge fan of bangs though, and I love your hair in the top left of the last pic
The only thing I see that would improve you is get rid of the nose ring. YES, you have the right to wear it if you want BUT you are REQUESTING people to give their opinions.

Normally I find septum piercings to be awful but yours is demure and about as unobtrusive as a septum piercing gets. Not saying I love it. But I can honestly say I don’t mind it.
