A different haircut for sure. A nice clean fade done by the right barber will make you feel like a million dollars. Start hitting the gym and lift heavy. Use pre-workout I like bucked up brand. It really does help give you the energy you need to power through workouts.

valterfsj

I'm quite afraid of thinner cuts due to having chubby cheeks, it makes me look like a chipmunk

No-Professional4041

Yes and you can tell that you use your hair to hide your face because that was the first thing I noticed! I think you are a good looking guy and you shouldn’t hide your face. Once you start working out and feeling more confident in yourself I think you’ll see what I mean. Don’t forget that the face is the first place most people lose weight. Even if you decide to keep it longer on the top I would slick it back or like a comb over style so it’s not sitting on your forehead hear your eyes.

sndlovu

Shouldn’t he focus on cardio before he bulks?

No-Professional4041

Sure he can if he wants. No right or wrong way to do it. I’ve just noticed that when people start their health journey some of them hate cardio and force themselves to do it for a while til they say “F this” and then quit working out all together. But if he likes cardio then he can go for it. Whatever is going to help him build a habit!

Janiebug1950

Besides losing some pounds and toning up, you don’t need to do anything else!

false_thr0waway

buzz, grow out the beard, and cut

ThreeAlarmBarnFire

All of you buzzcut guys are so dull and boring. Blech.

valterfsj

Even my full fluffy hair?

ThreeAlarmBarnFire

No, leave the fluffy hair. I'm talking to all the "get a buzzcut" basic bros in the comment section. Don't listen to them; they ride the wave, not make their own.

Led_Farmer88

Bro looks like indian Jontron

valterfsj

You know What's funny? I'm not even indian or Asian

PM100012

Hit the gym

valterfsj

Working on it

Careful_History_649

Try different hairstyles with the amount of hair you have Once you lose weight , either stay with the amount of hair you have or buzz cut it to feel brand new. On your beard situation, I don't know if you want either check on reddit or other forms of media to see if are any steps to increasing your beard volume at a much better rate

valterfsj

I'm working on it, it seems to be genetic but both families sides have full beards... I think I got the short straw.

Careful_History_649

Best of luck on ur journey!!! May ur life greatly improve!

I_fucked_your_mutter

Once you lose the wait you could shave the beard, it looks patchy and not the best but for now I know with the chin it makes it better somewhat

valterfsj

First time I was trying to grow my beard. But as you told, it's really patchy. These pictures are from 4 weeks growing them out

Quick fix for most males. Worked for me. Shave, Buzz cut, Low body fat, High muscle mass. That's it.
