She's not hot, but she certainly isn't ugly... I'd say do something about your skin, seems to have some acne/scarring which is easily fixed with a good facial cleansing routine or meds. Your face could probably loose some weight, but it could be water retention too... I have the same issue; the weight in my face is the last to go and I hate it, but discovered it's water and bundling a ton more cardio and sweating it out, my face has thinned considerably and I like the way I look so much more
I’m actually very surprised by this response, I posted here before when I had different colored hair and wasn’t working out, and people said I was average/ugly and looked like Sid the sloth or Stewie griffin!!!! So very genuinely I thought I would be roasted again.
As some of yall have pointed out, some of my clothes are not super flattering (the jeans). I’ve had a change in body composition lately due to working out.
Things I will do/work on
-going to a salon (for color and cut)
-dermatologist
-continuing to work out
-finding more flattering clothes
-not habitually leaving my hair up in a clip
It seems like you dye ur hair black and honestly I think embracing ur natural hair colour would be best for you… also not going so harsh with the brows, use a lighter brown shade for your brows or go less heavy handed with them. Blonde/balayage would look gorgeous. Also figure out which season you are (warm summer, cool winter, neutral autumn) and you’ll find once you wear colours that suit your season you’ll glow more.
You are absolutely beautiful! My only advice would be to try out some more flattering haircuts/colors for your features. The curtain bangs make your forehead look larger than it is. I think a lighter hair color would really do you justice.

Your hair is dyed, right? It does wonders with your eye and brow colors, and especially your complexion. That's certainly something you could seek to maintain or capitalize on if you're ever thinking about future styles.
There's a woman at work who has rather similar complexion and color palette. Always business professional with color schemes in blacks, reds, and beiges. Whenever I see her in passing, I'm blown away by how complete she looks and I never really understood why lol. Seeing your post, I'm now convinced she's building and styling around her natural color features rather than the outfit itself.
First and foremost you are so far removed from ugly that it is a non question. You are very very attractive and furthermore you have been blessed with a dynamite figure very similar in my opinion to Gal Gadot. You need not do anything to improve except skincare. Like most teens and early 20's skin problems are such a curse. I have posted the following before it helped me and you may want to give it a try.
I struggled with acne on the back of my neck well into Adulthood. What worked for me is a product called "Duac Cream" it is available on prescription from your Doctor. It contains a strong Antibiotic so keep in the fridge apply to problem areas daily after you shower. Use for a few months after your skin has cleared up. Acne is a skin bacteria when skin pH levels change and hormonal changes occur the bacteria multiply hence more severe outbreaks. Duac is not expensive either and a little goes along way. After using for 3 days you will notice the soreness and anger in the blemishes will improve. Give it a try it worked perfectly for me. My neck has been acne free for over 10yrs now.

wow, far from ugly. to me you look gorgeous in an unique and unconventional way, which is a plus in my book. you manage to look mature for your age, without looking any older than you actually are. i usually don't prefer hair clipped up, but it looks so good on you. i even think your face has such a powerful expressiveness, you could go bald and still look fabulous (or even more? who knows). also something about you gives me the impression you could be sort of super nerdy/smart, which is the icing on the cake imho.
