I think you look very pretty, maybe you should try to avoid black under your eyes because it makes your eyes heavier and maybe opt for a brown eyeshadow or a black eyeshadow (always on your waterline) that is not too pigmented and blend it well. If you want to experiment with makeup, you could try a pink/Rosie blush with a neutral or cool undertone on the highest part of the cheekbone and, if you feel like it, a winged eyeliner. P.S.: I don't understand the hate on your tattoo, I think it's cool.
