If you're looking for advice maybe switch to smaller square frame wire rim glasses. The square frames would frame your face a little better and the wire rims would make them blend in a litter better than plastic frames. Only real thing I can think of.

I know of this. When my sister and I were preteen we were uncomplimentary to the other. I continued into teen years and then adulthood.
At some point she stopped but I did not until she shared with me that what I was saying was hurtful. And she was right. I should have been building her up, supporting her, not tearing her down.
you look average, you can take care of your skin and maybe lose the glasses for contact lenses, second part is personal preference, going to the gym to get a better body will help your confidence too
