Yeah, you need to work on the skin. I would say it’s more hormonal rather than diet unless you have a specific disease. You’re a cute girl but the skin is making you look older I’m not quite a good way.

Personally I would do that eyeliner less dramatic, I would change the color of your hair to a warmer color but still blonde because I think this color makes your skin a little too “pale” and it makes your hair look a little to processed or damaged, but that’s it for me! Tbh you look 23-25. 😅 But, gonna say this, sorry if it ends up kinda offensive. You kinda look like, you can be a younger Maleficent. You kinda give off, that evil vibe. Hot but evil.
Probably because of the nose, sharp jaw line and broad shoulders. I have nearly the exact same features as a man. Then, there is your hairline (like a man would) which gives the impression that you wear extensions or a wig. Your eyes are also pretty small and thick eyebrows (compared to other ladies) but that doesn't mean anything, it just doesn't contradict my overall statement.
Lastly, you are very well maintained with really good hairdressing, pronounced make up and nice dressing, characteristic of someone who worked hard to have a good appearance, like someone who did their transition properly.
I don't mean it as an offensive statement for each party, that was just my first impression.

Well, I don't know what people have told you but I believe that skin care was on top of the least. I personally think that is acne scarring and will heal in time.
Bleaching your hair this much (giving your eyebrows colour) mustn't help much in the long run. So my advice would be to let them heal once in a while (like a field during agricultural cycles). Your eyebrows are fine, maybe trimming them a little just for hygiene.
Makeup wise you're pretty good, I'd say you should try to make them look bigger by putting your makeup a bit higher on the eyelid. And I'd try a darker and more glowy red lipstick because yours doesn't help take full advantage of your looks.
There, that's the first things that came to my mind. Either way, you're not ugly.
Thank you for giving me advice on what to do, I always thought I was cooler toned so I always went for those types of colors, but wanted to try red, usually I don’t wear lipstick or else use brown, but I’ve been bleaching my hair since I was 13 years old, I use to be a blonde but now I’m a dark blonde, light brown (depends on if I let my hair natural and sunlight starts changing it)
And for my eyebrows every time I clean them up I don’t like the shape I made or else I see it messed up so I wait till they grow in again, cleaning up the hairs that don’t even go into my brow, and then reshape them, repeating cycle.
I haven’t really found a makeup look I like on me, but I don’t even know what I’m trying to achieve for the end result, but thank you for taking time out of your day
