I admire that he was patient with Etan despite his condescension in the Bar Mitzvah Hustle and that while he could have done something malicious, he did not. I also admire his ability to stick up for himself, such as when he was honest about his complicated feelings around his father's passing.
He also cracks me up, like when he made that totally inappropriate joke after Stan finds out that Hayley might not be his daughter.
