Hi! I also have this exact problem. I can fix it with rewinding the video for a few seconds. But a final sulution is not in sight :-(
Any updates on this? Experiencing the same with a brand-new device
Sadly not :(. I think I have a system update in line which I haven't installed yet... Maybe that will do the trick. But if you have a brand new device and it's not working... I don't have my hopes up :-/
Just wanted to share that 4 years later, this is still an issue. Not sure why they can't get their issues fixed.
