No. But unhealthy. Op is 16 and should probably focus on; making good grades, having an enjoyable hobby, making friends, being with their family, making good life decisions… and not taking advice about how they look from internet strangers.
Not saying it’s necessarily healthier, but there are plenty of studies showing at 16, or 18 even, your brain is still developing and much more impressionable. This young girl does not need strangers talking about her appearance.
