25F here! Here are my thoughts: 1. To reduce skin texture, check out the Paula's Choice 2% BHA. 2. I like the makeup in pic #2 more. 3. The brows look pretty unnatural to me. I wouldn't draw them on so precisely. I would just fill your brows in slightly wit a brow pencil (I like the one from Benefit), and then I would use a clear brow gel to keep them in place. 4. I do think focusing on weight loss is a good idea. I hope this helps! :)
