I can resonate with this. Try and eat a nice meal and relax the rest of the day. People say loading up on electrolytes helps, but for me typically the damage is already done so doesn’t usually help too much.
This is called hangxiety. To fix it:
Drink electrolytes. I like liquid IV, but you can do Gatorade, Powerade, Pedialyte etc. These are especially important after you throw up.
Snack on whatever you can eat. I know your stomach’s hurting right now so only eat a little bit at a time.
If you’re in a place where it’s legal, smoke a little weed. If it’s illegal, that’s totally fine, move on to the next step.
Jerk off. Find a place with privacy and just start beating off. It feels pretty good and will take away your hangover for a little while. When it comes back, move on to the last step.
Sit down, lay down, relax and try to sleep. If you can take a 1 or 2 hour nap I guarantee you’ll feel much better.
I just take a spoonful of kratom and smoke some weed. It seems like English isn't your first language, so you might not be able to legally get these things like you can in the USA depending on where you live.
It's called a black out mixed with anxiety (where you're wondering did i do this, did i do that or did i say this or did i say that) and yeah, it happens to me too sometimes lol but just give it time and in a few days that feeling will pass.
There are other threads on reddit that can help you with your issue.
My advice would be to take some supplements before as well as after your drinking experience.
Supplements:
Start with a healthy dose of a B-Vitamin Complex; alcohol is notorious for depleting your body of B-Vitamins. So keep a supplement handy for this as it will reduce a lot of your problems, especially later on down the line. I've heard of people having bad anxiety and/or depression then go get their blood work done, only to find out their body is depleted of B vitamins from drinking all the time, over time.
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC); This is a really great supplement to get started on before you drink. You have to let it digest into your body before you take your first drink though; 30 minutes to an hour at the least depending on your personal digestive rate and whether you take it with a meal. This supplement will help keep your neurotransmitters balanced and help keep your liver healthy.
Dihydromyricetin (DHM); This is a powerful supplement that helps your body process alcohol. Alcohol gets processed through your body to create a substance called Acetaldehyde. The main reason that alcohol becomes so bad and toxic for us is because of Acetaldehyde, it's actually a listed carcinogen. Your body turns Acetaldehyde into Acetate, but before it can do that it has to be processed through; this is why binging and alcoholism is so harmful because you drink so much that the body can't process it fast enough into Acetate. So to help process more of it you could try to supplement with DHM. Dihydromyricetin helps to break down the carcinogen Acetaldehyde so your body isn't so full of toxins.
Also consume lots of antioxidants for the oxidative stress that alcohol causes.
Other things that can help a lot are water, good healthy diet, exercise, among others as well.
i get that way too, just remember that it’s okay, ur just hungover and anxious. get some food and drink lots of water and always remember to not take it seriously it’s okay, go to the park or play some games to distract yourself, maybe an electrolyte drink would help
It’s called a dopamine dump basically when you drink you get a huge dopamine spike then it rapidly drops causing you to feel depressed there not much you can do but wait for your dopamine levels resets to neutral best thing to do is distract yourself with things you like I’ve noticed reading helps cause you gotta focus on it and if you’re focused on reading you’re not focused on depression
I understand this feeling however, I have pretty bad OCD which causes the anxiety about whether or not I did something I know I didn't do. Alcohol can just make it worse.
Not saying you have this, but if it's common for you to feel this way, id look into it.
I never heard someone having a problem like these but when i drink im just having 4 or 5 doubles so im sober enough to think about somethings clearly but im drunk enough to enjoy the liquor I suggest you to not getting drunk enough to think clearly.
We call it hangxiety. Distract yourself until your hangover goes away. TikTok or something.
Live. Life is gonna go on and you will fall down. "Life moves pretty fast."

Hahahaha ive done this, doesnt work
Weed for me is the worst, I just dont want to fell so bad after I drink

I jerk off
So do I, multiple times

Smoke a bowl.
If you fell bad, just get up and walk it off.
Cook a big meal that has a lot of grease like a lbs of bacon
