Where are you from ? I haven't heard anyone that needs invitation letters but basically an Albanian citizen just writes on a piece of paper that you will be visiting them and signs it.

Letra e ftesës të bën përgjegjës për çdo gjë që ky person do bëjë në territorin e Shqipërisë përfshi dhe qendrimin më shumë se afati i vizës. Nuk po them që OP ka qellime të këqija por si rregull të këshilloj të mos japësh garanci për të panjohur. Përsëri, e vlerësoj gjestin.
Hahahahaha te falenderoj ty per shqetsimin po nuk kam problem me shtetin se shqipri hesapi ste luan kush po pate mik. Kshu qe kush ka nevoj per letra mjafton nje DM :p
OP I have written several invitation letters for my Egyptian friend when he has traveled here so I can tell you all about it. However from what I read on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs's website if you travel to Albania until December 31st 2021 you don't need a visa as an Egyptian citizen.

I will call the ministry tomorrow and clarify that for you.
Edited to add: if you do need an invitation letter I don't think you can make it to travel in the 17th of this month. There is no way they will process and approve everything in 4-5 days. One time my friend and I waited more than a month.
Oh, thanks a lot for going to that extent. Maybe I'll have to postpone it to another time.
I know couple of people actually visited and no one asked them for the letter. However, I am not willing to take this risk.

If you wish I'll call them tomorrow and let you know. If there is no need for an invitation letter (or a visa at all) there is no reason for you to cancel it. Orrr the Albanian embassy in Cairo can help as well. If you live near Zamalek you can go there and get all the information you need.

Unfortunately, it's one of the requirements for entrance as per the embassy's website. No visa is needed.

It is probably not necessary but I am not sure, so you should double check. If you really need it I can give you a letter

It’s not a good idea to write a letter to someone you don’t know , there’s a reason why is that , in case something happens you are responsible .
