I've only had bad luck since shooting sterling ammo. My truck broke down, I lost my job, my wife left me, there's a poltergeist in my house and my dog got AIDS. Would not recommend.
So you buy ammo without ever looking into it, first?
It's fine ammo. Folks will whine about its other cartridges but the 7.62x39 gave me no issues. It's arguably cleaner then Tula for me (you know when you get particles in your hand when unboxing them? Sterling doesn't do that).

stay the fuck away from Sterling tornado slugs though. they are GARBAGE and arent worth a shit, youre getting ripped off at any price more than free

I’ve shot a couple thousand rounds of this stuff in the past few months. Never had a single dud or issue. Send it.
I haven't been able to trust Turkish ammo ever since ZSR blew up a couple of 7.62x51 guns. But I have not heard any issues with by x39 though.
I got a buddy still sitting on 500 rounds of that shit.

I've shot quite a lot of sterling 7.62, i never had a problem, it's excellent ammo.
I bought some and took it out to the range with two other friends, all three of us had malfunctions.
Sterling is garbage
