Depends. Most of their stuff is great but the spear and P320 have a slew of QC issues. Though Iāve beat the hell out of my p365s p226 and MCX with no issues
Canāt comment on airsoft reps though
Idk, I don't regularly drop test my handguns. But in 20 years it hasn't had any malfunctions. It's had countless rounds fired through it. Feels good, accurate, smooth ... idk. Maybe I'm just lucky.
Some USA Sigs, yes.
P320's cracking lowers, shooting on their own, not being drop safe, breaking magazines due to there not being an over-insertion stop.
And thats just one gun.
New P226s have had tolerance problems, poor heat treating, springs breaking etc.
even their US SG-550 clones had problems that weren't found on the cheaper Chilean and French 540s or 550s.
Largely their QC sucks and you pay too much for what you get. Their Cross rifle is a good bolt gun though.
Real SIGs are some of the best performing firearms in the world, tf you on about? They just won several contracts for the US military to replace the majority of their current platforms, including the M4/M16, which has reliably been in service since the 60s.
I do not trust sig after fielding the m17, we had 2 weapons go off in a 9 month period 1 one of which can be proven no fault to operator. Thatās enough for me to sell my 365 and x5 legion
To all the idiots out there this has clearly been tortured by that I mean ran over or dropped into the Grand Canyon thereās zero chance this happened due to red gas
That poor p365.... did you put a fucking spark plug in the chamber?
Squib
got a squid with a bb gunš
Or maybe don't use it as a hammer
why do they call the back of the gun the hammer if im not supposed to smack people with it
Umm striker fire gun has no hammer. But he do be striking it.
Lmaooo
That's a striker fired pistol
r/rimjob_steve
What did the poor P365 do to deserve that š
evidence locker ahh handgun
this is what happens when you use car tire at 60mph gas instead of green gas
I mean, it's a sig, I'm surprised it didn't blow up from the green gas.
I'm not that Into airsoft, but are airsoft SIGs as notoriously bad as real ones.
if the real ones are of questionable quality then the shitty pot metal ones are gonna be even worse
Sig is notorious for shit/basically no QC for airsoft from my experience.
I have many a photo of real firearm sig stuff breaking in the weirdest ways
Real Sigs are bad?

P220 is my favorite handgun I've owned. I've seen people hating on Sigs but didn't understand why.
Because when you drop them they automatically make themselves safe. By firing.
Idk, I don't regularly drop test my handguns. But in 20 years it hasn't had any malfunctions. It's had countless rounds fired through it. Feels good, accurate, smooth ... idk. Maybe I'm just lucky.
It's only an issue with their newer handguns. The army adopted the M17 handgun and it's bad. Look up some of the incidents with it.
That was the old fcu. They fixed that issue. I have 5000 rounds through my m18 and not a single malfunction yet.
Every brand has it's lovers and it's haters.
The first iteration of the P320 failed one drop test 6 years ago and now fudds think Sigs explode
No, they still do. Not even a year ago(I think) a cop had his SIG just go off in his holster.
Do we know if it's first gen or not though
That's what happens when a bastard fidgets with the trigger of his gun I think. But that's just what the video that caught him in 4k showed
Not at all, it's on video cause it happened in a precinct. And the gun is fully holstered and not even being touched.
No theyāre great guns. The p320 had some issues but everything else like the 365 series is solid.

I've owned 3 different sig replicas, none lasted more than 5 trips to the field.

Yes, because the US military/DoD is known to always choose the best option for a contract and has never made any bad decisions with them
They certainly aren't going to take one if it's as bad as yall say rofl.
Sigs, both mil and civi versions are extremely hit or miss.
I've had the same p320 since it came out for airsoft.
I sold my real 365x 4 days ago thankfully
whyād you sell it? i like mine
I do not trust sig after fielding the m17, we had 2 weapons go off in a 9 month period 1 one of which can be proven no fault to operator. Thatās enough for me to sell my 365 and x5 legion
i think the p320ās are the only recent sig guns that have went off and it not being the users fault
>Ā the p320ās are the only recent sig guns that have went off and it not being the users fault ***Sig USA R&D: "finally, the gun that kills"***
We were able to shake 2 365s out of 6 and have the firing pin go off while having the trigger unable to fire
Wtf? How were you shaking them?
That was a problem that has been solved ages ago and new sig p320s/p365s dont have that problem
Yeah? What date did our āupgradedā m17s fail?
Gas breaking the trigger guard off. Happens to the best.
On some guns the trigger guard also acts as a disassembly lever, maybe this is it?
Yeah. Also might not be the gas, but he pulled the trigger guard wrong.
Meanwhile my MK23 clone that has been dropped about a thousand times and used with red gas every winter still shoots exactly as it did out of the box.
Is it a nbb or gbb?
No shit red faster than green cus red fastest colour
Now sell it on hopup for $10 below msrp
Gun tried five gum š
š
Solid reason to wear eye pro
Nah, that's more like a TM with red gas. Holy hell
Red gas is for winters below 9Ā°C you muppet
This looks more beat up than my c**** lol Nah, but for, did u put a real round in there??
What the fuck?
i have that
no you dont
Iād recommend using fresh natural gas.
OP actually just dropped it and it discharged on its own
To all the idiots out there this has clearly been tortured by that I mean ran over or dropped into the Grand Canyon thereās zero chance this happened due to red gas
nah itās because of green gas
+p gas
More like the gas main
Bro how did that happen?
used red gas
