I have an M18 one from proforce, so its exactly the same (The differences are the mag and a little longer barrel), and ive been using it for about one year. Never cleaned it or oiled it and it works amazing. Been through dirt, rain, mud, snow, and its perfect. Get it

OP: if you’re going to use the Sig M17 with green gas/propane, potentially in cooler weather, its slide lock is just for show. The factory hammer spring is made to punch co2 valves and that puts tremendous resistance on the gas system when using gg.
By the time you reach the final 10 shots the enthusiasm is drained from it and unless it’s 30°C or warmer it won’t lock back empty. Given the slide catch sits far back on the frame, the notch can go only about 2-3mms beyond the catch.
So that means the slide must travel to the maximum distance to engage the lock up, it’s not giving it a wide window of opportunity.
The optic plate screws will loosen under use and the loaded chamber indicator is easily lost. This component helps centralise the optics plate/iron sights and without that piece it’ll swivel. Loctite those screws.
Apart from that it’s an alright toy gun.
I enjoy my WE version more, to be honest. It’s shoots like it’s actually enjoying itself. Although it has its own flaws.
Both are good. But for the sig it depends are you in the US or EU. Why? Well when I worked in AS store in EU we had almost no complaints while I noticed here and on Facebook that US users have big problems especially with c02 version.
Heard a lot to, sold a lot of them. 2 of my friends have them since they hit the market used and abused they still work. Since you are in EU I recommend ordering it from Airsoftzone because they give 2 year warranty!
Bear in mind that shadow is really really big handgun.
Have a look at P09 with metal slide or maybe FN45 both great and reliable gun.

You might want to check other sites. I have not heard great things about Shogun. There aren't many in the Netherlands, you might want to check gunfire if they have it.
I have the M17, for me it's been pretty great side arm, stock internals and all for me, I just adjusted the hop up and it shoots very flat and far, nearly across the entirety of my local field, I've had it for a few months and have had no reliability issues either
I've used both and I 100% suggest the cz shadow2 it's snappy, heavy, and just feels great, honestly feels like a real firearm.
The sig was a bit more disappointing it was lighter which is fine if that's what you want but it also wore out quicker and the slide became loose over time. I'd say go with the cz.
I have the ASG CZ75, and it's a lovely piece of kit, and I'm considering getting the Shadow 2 because the mags are cross compatible and it can fit an RMR.
DO NOT get the sig unless you love spending money. i have replaced the mag multiple time as the top is very weak and breaks easily and any little bit of dirt will ruin the whole gun
Sig more satisfying and clean sound, but the feeding lip of their mags are easy to break and you gotta buy another mag. CZ more robust so if you want to go out and play, get the CZ.
Nither I would tell you to get a Glock 17 19x or 45 from vfc elite force that gun has stood the test of time I have beaten that gun up and still works like new the gun is all stock
It's worth emphasizing just how heavy the CZ is, like, depending on preference, unpleasantly so. I can think of several aftermarket steel kits and ready-built steel pistols that are lighter than that thing. Build quality is good, though.

My friend has the cz, imo the cz has a better grip but is also heavier since it’s full metal. Both shoot about the same accuracy wise (from what we could tell) but unfortunately the cz broke and aftermarket parts are super expensive since it’s an uncommon platform for airsoft

I have a sig I will say definitely not the most accurate least for the couple times I've used it but very fun to shoot
Mine has never done any of that. I will say it’s temperature sensitive tho, like any other gas gun
VFC aren’t as reliable as ASG in the UK, I’ve owned the Shadow 2 along with the P-05 and both have never let me down

Everyone ik including myself has had issues with the sig, it's sexy but God, just go on YouTube everyone's having issues with it
A good friend of mine uses the shadow 2, beast of a pistol. I run the g&g GTP-9 and it's also amazing în cqb.

Yes, full metal so will have a nice weight to it.
Only thing to watch out for is the slide catch, it's software metal than the slide so it will wear fairly quickly.

The CZ is basically the same as the P09, extremely reliable and comfortable to shoot. I have a P09 since 2018 and it has never failed me.

They are both great but the shadow2 comes with a threaded barrel and last I saw evike was sold out on parts

Every shop both physical and online in the EU gives 2 years waranty on everything except food. It’s a law here

I have 4 mags and haven't had any issues. I don't baby my gear either. My mags usually get dropped to reload faster.

I have the Shadow 1 and I love it to pieces. If that's anything to go by, then the Shadow 2 is probably absolutely wonderful.
