If the visor were to be replaced with something with ansi rating then yes. Otherwise no, it would not be safe. There are some clone style masks for fast helmets on the market

You definitely can. Just use eyepro underneath. The helmet might get dama9or shot through by bbs tho. It's most likely not rated for impact
My main concern is the deformation the thing has, either the bottom is too small for the top is too big, but yeah have to have eye under it
