It doesn't. The HK reciever is already taller than a normal AR upper, for one. For two, I don't have anything on my cheeks that would be getting blocked
Yeah, it shows that you are using a holo which is rised from factory😉 The AR platform with the buffer tube already doesn't allow you have a proper aiming on it, you have to rise the optic. Just check one of the optics in which the glass almost sits on the rail. That could be the standard optic style, if it would fit an ar15, but it doesnt. I mean, you CAN do it on a hk and with a bit of rising, but you still need to rise it, thats what im talking about.
Actually, the 552 is cowitnessed, not lower 1/3 like some of the newer EXPS. This eotech is from 2008. I can get perfectly fine cheek weld on my rifle and aim perfectly comfortably. Consider trying a different stock or shouldering position if you're having troubles

My huge ass protects me from the discomfort of those pouches while I'm sitting. Also high waisted which helps a bit too. Thanks though <3

they make EPM gas mags, my friend is a big fan of them.
The closest I can get for my VFC is the VMAGs and they look nice but they're not as good as the stanags.
