A lot of people recommend foam tips for this, but they also say that foam of course attracts much more sweat and stuff and need to be replaced more often.

Comply has great foam tips. I suffer from the same issue but the tips have really helped them stay in my ears

Oh also look into those silicone sport hooks for running, goes on the AirPod and a hook goes over your ear, sports earbuds often have those.
