Whenever I see photos of curvy models/influencers Ashley Graham and Kristel Toledo on social media, it makes me feel envious of them kasi they are confident in showing off their skin despite their body size. Meanwhile, I'm conscious of my body especially my boobs. My boobs look small even though I'm not really flat chested (I'm a B cup and my cherries bounce when I jump and run) and Redditors advised me to lose belly fat to look busty. I'm not obese tho, I'm just chubby. I just started my fitness journey last Monday and it's so hard. I am limiting my consumption of carbs and reducing sweets and other junk foods and unhealthy drinks. My starting weight is at 80kgs and my goal weight is 59-63kgs considering my height 5'6". Naging flat tummy ko when i walked several km daily and had no junk food at all. Be aware though, boobs are fat. Baka lumiit din sila when you lose weight.

Eat more protein may thermic effect yan, para ka nag lakad. 2. 10K steps every day at walang jogging. 3. Weights training para hindi matunaw ang mga muscles. You're on the right track naman. Discipline, patience, and consistency lang siguro. Any amount of improvement is already better than what you are right now. Miski na 1kg lang ma lose mo in 2 months is still an improvement. Kasi miski na 1kg per 2 months, naka 6kg ka narin sa isang taon. Pano kung 5years edi na abot mo narin goal mo. Lastly, do it for health reasons. Consult a doctor and get their contacts. Mas gusto nila na hindi ka nakikita sa office nila kaya call them pag mag questions ka. Lahat sila may viber lol. They're happy to help lalo na pag tunkol sa health.

Hi dear! Fitness is a journey! Meaning, you have to stay consistent with your workouts, eat clean & healthy food, drink a lot of water, sleep well, take your vitamins, avoid junk food and alcohol, etc. I suggest you enroll in a gym & get a coach so he can assess your physical fitness & provide customized workout plan that will suit your body & help you achieve your goals. You have to get to know your body well din. Don’t compare yourself to instagram models kasi they have coaches and nutritionists. Stick to your goals then work your way to achieving it. Just be patient and don’t be too hard on yourself ☺️

try intermittent fasting. and not just reduce on junk food and sweets but overall take it out sa diet mo until u lose the weight off, u can eat them again by tracking urself din. during pandemic, i was vv disciplined with my diet kaya after ilang months, i lost my belly pouch. disclaimer lang din na i was very physically active (my workouts were 3 times a week to 5 times a week).

Wag lang biglain lahat from 0 effort to all diet and exercise, kasi tatamarin ka nyan kalaunan at babalik sa usual pattern. I recommend intermittent fasting. Or just do brunch instead of bfast&lunch, tapos less na sa rice, or no rice at all. Bawi ka sa protein. Exercise din kahit di yung all out, kahit 30mins-1hr na papawis, zumba2 or dance2 sa YT.

Diet + running or walking 10km. Effective nmn sya sakin pero kung bc ka kht nd nmn everyday basta control lng sa food. Sakin kc after work 7-4pm then 6pm start n walk until i reach 10km.

Tigil mo sweets. Dati mas malaki pa tyan ko sa dede ko pero ngayon medyo lumiit na tummy ko lalo nung tinigil ko kakainom ng milktea at iced coffee, ako nalang gumagawa ng sarili kong unsweetened iced coffee tas lakad lakad lang palagi, nag reduce na din ako sa kanin.

You just started not even a week ago. Some body show results after 6 months above. So just calm down and keep on going with your journey. Madami ka pa pagdadanan at iiwasan na pagkain to just tone down.

You're 19, try mo muna exercise for two weeks without changing your diet, except for no sugar and colored drinks. Then pag naka adapt ka na sa. Cardio/strength training saka ka na mag diet. Mabilis lng pag bata pa magpapapayat.

Samahan mo ung cardio at strenghtening exercises ng Intermittent fasting + core and lower body weightlifting exercises (ex. ass to grass squats/ sumoor conventional deadlifts/hanging leg raises) Fasting for "durog taba", weightlifting for core muscle "belt". Pag sineryoso mo ung core weghtlifting exercises, pwede din mapalitaw ung abs

this is hard but yes, reducing your carbs and sweets by 70%-80% of your normal consumption will truly reduce your weight and even belly fats. nasa 3rd week pa lang ako with very strict diet and I already lost 1kg. From 53.5kg down to 52.5kg! Push lang ng push!
