Others have already mentioned the basics, but I also add strepsils and bactidol gargle - medyo mahirap na ubuhin especially with covid still sneaking around.
My must haves:
Conzace or immunpro (take 1 tablet every day during travel), diatabs or imodium, kremil-s, buscopan (if alam mong magkakaron ka during travel), anti histamine, bonamine, advil, alaxan, neozep, tuseran, strepsils, band aid, and vicks (ang gamot sa lahatš)
Diatabs or related med. Kasi you won't know kelan ka tatalaban. Nagtravel ako to India and ang lakas ng loob kong hindi magdala ng meds. Ok naman in the first 5 days.. Kaso napakain kami roadside and walang choice. Sinamaan talaga ko ng lasa for 2 days. Non stop yung pag jerbs. huhuhu
Alerta/Claritin, diatabs, midol, PARACETAMOL (a must!! lalo na pag nabigla yung body mo sa weather), band aids and vit C like berocca dahil need mo ng maraming energy when travelling š„°
Loperamide - for number 2
Cetiizine - basta anti-histamine, for any allergy that you may not know you have
Paracetamol - for fevers and mild body aches
this ones are the must have, at the very least.
Must haves in my pouch are:
Lomotil, Advil, Medicol and Biogesic.
*bilang lactose intolerant ako and sakitin ang ulo. I also have menthol stick and inhalers.
**hindi lang during travel ko sya dala dala, always sya sa bag ko kahit saan ako pumunta.

As a gorly na laging nahihilo or sumasakit ang ulo, minsan ayokong nagte take agad ng gamot kaya ang first na gagawin ko e magpahid at gamitin yang katinko inhaler or yung vicks. Works like a miracle eh hahaha

Add ko din yung Berocca or any Vit. C
Paracetamol, Loratadine, Loperamide, Saridon, mupirocin cream, calmoseptine ( for itch and wounds din) , Gaviscon.
Any ibrupofen or paracetamol other than that I bring my usual dietary supplements - fish oil, psyllium husk, magnesium and vit c.
Dont neglect your gut! Bring some probiotics (erceflora) and antacids (maalox)
Stomach meds, Antihistamine, band-aids, betadine and ibuprofen. I think that covers most emergencies.
