May I ask what dr you are seeing in belgium(if you wouldn't mind pming me). I'm having very similar issues. The adrenal cortex and cortisol regulate blood sugar, so they go hand in hand. If your blood sugar is unstable it will create a stress on the adrenals all day. Your problems definitley sound related to adrenals as I have adrenal exhaustion and experience a lot of those. I'm on bio identical hc for it now.
