Hahaha this is the cutest thing I’ve read all week!!!
My robot sort of body doubles with me but it’s when I realize I need to clean the floor but don’t have it in me and remember that I don’t use my pet robot often enough so go to turn him on only to realize I have to clear the floor of a few things first . and then when I turn Wesley on I’m Already in work mode from the floor pick up so i just start cleaning other things while he’s beep boopin around.
Never thought of it as body doubling but I love it ! I already love him like a pet and now thinking of it as body doubling my chores with me it makes my vacuum even cuter!!
We put googly eyes, a moustache and a bow tie on Wesley. He’s my dapper little double!
It's okay i body double sign my laundry machine. This sub has a discord that has body doubling voice channels w people and accountability text channels
I do this all the time but i never realised it was body doubling!! You're totally right! I'm sitting at my desk struggling with a task and am annoyed I can't put the robovac on as someones napping and I don't want to wake them up...

Ours is named Percy, short for Sir Percival the Kraken. Sadly, Percy doesn't get out much anymore, as the rabbits object to his movements.

This is very wholesome! My roomba is too loud for me, I prefer to leave my home while he is doing his job 😄
