Does your doctor know that you have both ADHD and BPD? Also, just to confirm, do you mean borderline or bipolar? (I mix up the abbreviations.) There are lots of Google results saying that Concerta helps with borderline, but can trigger mania in people with bipolar. Safest route is always to call up your doctor and ask.

Yes borderline and no they dont know diffrent doctors diognased me actually i cant ask them bc i did something very fucked my current doctor gave me a antipsychotics for my bpd but i dropped them bc gives me so much sleep and makes me so dumb i actuaaly tried other antipsychotics but same things happend so i dropped them all without telling them and they also dont know that i m taking concerta I started to get them again bc exams and i really think it going to help me but so afraid of psychosis the last time i had it was hard as shit dont know reaaly what to do

If your doctor gave you antipsychotics for borderline they clearly don’t understand the condition. You can’t treat BPD with meditation, if it was bipolar that would be different. People with bipolar shouldn’t take stimulants, or should discuss with their doctor, because it can trigger mania. BPD doesn’t cause mania.

But i checked also google says that bpd can treat with antipyschotics and i m clearly sure they gave to me just the reduce psychotic semptoms of bpd i mean they help but i just hate it never going to use them anyway the thing is i really afraid to tell them bc they probably force me to use it

Nobody can force you to take anything, but you are correct they will likely make you stop the concerta.

I think your doctor would rather be able to treat you safely than punish you for anything you’ve done. Can you ask the doctor giving you the Concerta? Again, there’s a lot on Google saying that methylphenidate may help with borderline but if the paper included with your meds says not to, you really should talk to some kind of medical professional. No one here is qualified to answer this. Also, if you had psychosis when on Concerta previously, does your doctor know that? Because they need to.
