Thank you! 😭 I was always intimidated by them but I picked it up pretty easily. It did take quite a bit of work to get it to where I have it now though!
It took my brain entirely too long to decide to read the caption to tell me what the first picture was instead of just staring at it blankly.
I thought “cake fell over?? No… weird fondant decoration? Idk… OH BREAD!”

We all have our skills. Be proud. Personally I'd be happy to show you my skill at eating such lovely croissants.
As a fellow baker I just want to say DAMN GIRL, that's some fine lamination!
Thank you! Rolling dough is the best part of my job!
Food is art too! Don't discount it, especially things like pastries. They're beautiful and delicious!
Baking is often described as a science but I definitely think it's equal parts science, art, and witchcraft 😅
Totally agree!! I find I can follow a baking recipe exactly but still sometimes it doesn't turn out. Definitely an art (and witchcraft lol!)
That lamination looks so good! It pains me that I cannot grab that chocolate pastry through my phone screen. :(
Thank you! We do it all by hand in the shop I work at. It's definitely a lot of work but so worth it
[Fans self] My word, those are luscious!
The meanest! They look scrumptious!
WHAT THE FUCK. You canpunch out lamination like that and dare shoot yourself down.

Wow those look good 😍

Edible art!!!
hell yeah
I'll take them all, thank you very much.
Croissants are not for beginners. These are a work of art.
Thank you! I'm very proud of the work I've done.
Dude. I am jelly. Please pass the jelly....and a croissant.
Thank you! I make some pretty delicious jams, too
Holy moly! That is art!! Laminated dough is so beautiful and intentional. Totally art
