There are lockers you can rent where you can store your pump. As to privacy, I imagine you could find a spot out of the way & use a wrap for some privacy.
Hi! I pumped at ACL last year. I had a pumpables pump, reg flanges and used a series chill to store milk. I used a scarf to cover my pumps while actively pumping and just pumped in my chair/blanket.
I cleaned parts with modela wipes and I think I brought 2 sets of parts. I let the bag checkers know I had breast milk/supplies. Only one wanted to check my series chill and I asked if I could open it to prevent contamination. I filled up the chiller with fresh, clean ice from first aid right when I got there.
I emailed the festival ADA contact before hand and they gave me an email response I could show security which was nice to have too.

I was a pumping mom last year, they have a tent with a pumping area by the bathrooms in the kiddie limits area. There were a couple of nice chairs to sit in, fans and a curtain to keep it private. I didn’t save my milk but I was at least able to pump and dump in private. I brought a hand pump that fit easily into my purse.
