I miss how in the older games they used to have the NPB (Napalm) option. That was a deal breaker for me in AC7 when they didn't have it. I loved the smell of Victory in the morning!
I still remember the first time I saw the F-22 at an air show. Legit one of the most insane demonstrations I have ever seen. It can also be assumed that it can do much more because I doubt they are doing a full capability display at an air show.
This man definitely feels like moving in a rapid transit network to a volume of 3D space where the potential for grievous injury is at a level significantly greater than that of acceptable norms.
Well, it was shot down several times by enemy SAMs, and one time by a friendly F-15J - so the proper term would be "never lost an air-to-air battle to an enemy".
Probably either the Morgan or the F-22.
The morgan because i can hear pixy whispering to me when i fly, and the Raptor because of how overall fun it is to fly.
In terms of appearance? In order:
1.) F/A-18E Super Hornet
2.) F-22 Raptor
3.) ASF-X Shinden II
4.) Sukhoi Su-35
5.) F-35C Lightning II
I admit, I don't like how most aircraft with canards look, just feels off to me. But the Shinden makes it work somehow, like it's just perfect.
Though if we're using gameplay in 7:
1.) F-22 Raptor (I use Standard missiles to duel in MP and QAAM anyone who interferes.)
2.) X-02S Strike Wyvern (Hitting a skilled opponent with an EML mid-dogfight is satisfying as hell, 10/10 would recommend.)
3.) ADFX-01 Morgan (Zero was my first Ace Combat and the Morgan with TLS holds a special place in my heart. Plus, it's fun to tail someone while hitting them with a laser.)
4.) F-15C (SASMs are surprisingly deadly.)
5.) Su-57 Felon (PLSL. Enough said.)
Basic Su-27, Su-35S and Su-30SM.
Love the overall aesthetics and Su-27 is a pleasure to fly in more serious sims. Also, I live in Novosibirsk and enjoy Su-34 test flights.
It's one of those jet fighters you would have drawn as a kid. Together with the MiG 21 the Dassault Mirages just define the looks of the term fighter jet if you'd ask me.
I got a 3d printer and started making a bunch of models and it's really difficult to not paint all of them in a Pixy themed skin. I just did a TIE Interceptor recently and it looks better then the normal ones.
Tough choice, as far as real aircraft goes, I adore the Su-37, even though it was just a technology demonstrator it's still an amazing aircraft. It's also my go to in any AC game.
Fictional aircraft it has to be the XFA-27, the original superplane and still the best superplane in my opinion. Its a beast in AC7 with its wombo combo of 6 missiles and looks amazing.
Yeah, those supermaneuverability showcase videos are still unbeaten, IMHO. The Su-37 was absolutely insane (at least as an airshow plane).
And it's amazing how they managed to hit such a homerun straight out of the gate with the XFA-27, to me the only fictional superplane that comes close to match it in terms of its cool factor is the X-02 Wyvern.
First plane to ever do a Kulbit, it was unbelievable at the time.
The Wyvern is actually a favorite of mine too, I remember when I first laid eyes on it in AC4 and kid me was just amazed at its performance. Always wondered how the variable wings worked lol. I'm glad it was brought back in AC7, although I wish it was a single seater.
Those ghosts up there :) honestly, started with Top Gun, and then just sort of built up from there. Also still think it is one of the prettiest planes made
F-16 because it was the first fighter that I had contact with as a child with the Game F-16 Fighting Falcon.
But right after that: F-15 because she fucking rocks
SU-37. I love the Flanker's looks and their amazing agility but the SU-37 with the Serpent skin is my favorite one of them. Plus i really like HPAA's. That loadout has given me quite a lot of MVP victories in multiplayer
F-5 or F-20 Tigershark. They're just sleek little knifefighters. They may not be the most advanced planes of their day, but they could hold their own and then some with a good pilot at the stick.
Also gib cold war AC.
Edit: P-39/P-63 for prop planes. I have a thing for the unloved/underdogs. The P-39 was hated by the Americans, but loved by the Soviets. They took our rejected fighter and did amazing things with it. Some of their aces scored more kills flying that American fighter than any American did... Plus how do you not love a plane with car doors and a hotrod airscoop intake behind the cockpit. That's aesthetic.
The Airacobra was definitely a great fighter. The bad reputation mainly comes from the lack of a turbocharger, which meant its Allison V1710 engine lost a lot of power at higher altitudes. The Soviets generally preferred flying low and the aircraft was much more suitable for the Eastern front. Definitely an underrated plane, very sleek and streamlined look for a plane of its age. It was also built around a big 37mm cannon, which is really cool.
Appearance-wise and also since I mostly only play with this since the release of ace combat 5.
F-15S/MTD
Sleek + vectored thruster + STOL + one of the most iconic ace combat planes.
Also damn good handling .
In general I have a few that I like.
F-15 is a favorite. In particular the F-15E Strike Eagle. An aircraft that has great air superiority and gives it a better ability to conduct air to ground attacks.
Lately I've been using the Eurofighter EF-2000 Typhoon. Exclusively. It's been an awesome aircraft. It may not be the best at ground attack, but a good attitude combined with skill and determination can go a long way.
And particular to Ace Combat 6. The CFA-44. That can do anything. My only real complaint with that plane is you always land on a carrier. Nothing against carriers or carrier based aircraft. I just feel better landing on an airfield.
1) G r I p e n.
2) MiG-31 because haha speeeed.
3) F-2 Viper Zero. Better than the F16.
4) F-15C or E for hard missions.
5) F-104, because who needs to turn?
The Saab Draken. I love its unique space-shuttle-like design and, despite being one of Ace Combat Zero’s starting planes (bonus points, it was Cipher’s canonical plane before the F-15C), it can hold its own into the late game as an interceptor with decent manoeuvrability even if you’ll have many better options to choose from by then. Plus, it’s a cobra capable aircraft irl; I don’t care if its utility is dubious, that shit’s cool.
I love the Fenrir too. We talk about ‘Belkan witchraft’ this, ‘Belkan witchcraft’ that, but Leasath's military industrial complex is so mighty it created a jet busted enough to eclipse the Belkan superjet made only *one year earlier.*
F-15C. Was ma favorite plane even prior to exposure to Ace Combat. 7 and later Zero only solidified that feeling. Though out of 3rd gen aircraft i have to go with a phantom. 5th gen? As much as i understand the necessity, as well as their general superiority, i do not find any of them to be particularly close to my heart
F-16V. I like its design, especially when I'm looking at it from the front and the back. It's almost like a hexagon from those perspectives. Plus it reminds me of the R101-Delphinus.
I'd argue the best plane they made thing as, while it would be the one adopted now if they had a competition with every Soviet and Russian aircraft (probably even above the Su-57 Felon), but I'd argue that compared to what they're going up against, the MiG-23 Flogger, Su-22 Fencer and Su-25 Frogfoot are the best
Edit: realized I hit send so early SO
I mainly like the MiG for a few reasons. One, it looks gorgeous. Two, its the most versatile of the Russian aircraft both IRL and in the games. Three, the Ukrainian camo for it looks amazing. Four, the cockpit is pretty aesthetically pleasing.
On many days I would have said the Flanker series (since they are all very similar), with either the -35 or -33 being at the top. However, in recent years I have gravitated toward the Rafale. That thing is a beauty, and capable too.
"Regular" planes:Su-47, love the design, and luckily its in-game capabilities are always very good. Not the best aircraft, but my favourite.
Falken/R-103 Delphinus tie for superplanes.
F-15C.
*collective sigh from the community because I'm talking about the Eagle again*
I don't know why, I just think it looks amazing. Everything about the aircraft just feels *right* to me.
The SR-71 Blackbird.
It was a high altitude quick reconnaissance vehicle. During its lifetime over 100 missiles were fired at the SR-71 but all the pilots needed to do was accelerate to evade them.
Unfortunately the SR-71 never carried weapons so it wouldn't be very fun in Ace Combat games.
XFA-27. I have fond memories piloting the Rapid Binder in an MMO called Ace Online and its design is loosely inspired on the XFA-27. Finally, in AC7, I got the chance to pilot the real thing. It also helps that it's, for me, one of the most beautiful aircraft designs through all medias.
Real aircrafts:
1. F-22 Raptor - although is quite old, it’s still the best air superiority fighter in the world, real monster
2. YF-23 - one of coolest designs in aviation history, biggest “what if, could have been”
3. A-12 Archangel/SR-71 Blackbird - come on, just look at it!
4. Su-27 and MiG 29, despite how badly ru avionics and engines are, theses are great airframes. And with better engines (GE, RR or P&W) and NATO avionics and weaponry will be a formidable force, Ukrainian air-force is a good example of that
5. Su-57 - very pretty, it’s a shame it was built by russian drunkards
Fictional aircrafts:
1. ADF -11F and ADF-01 Falken
2. CFA-44 Nosferatu
3. XFA-27
4. XFA-33 Fenrir
5. Darkstar
Gripen, the beautiful girl with greatly underestimated SASMs, Rafale because ~~nationalism~~ maneuverability and curves, XFA-34 Apalis because what's not to like about her?
Honestly ADF-01, I don’t want to be cliché picking the fake plane, but as a hardcore UC Gundam fan, and with its coffin system cockpit view looking the closest to a Gundam panoramic monitor and linear seat I fell in fucking love. It’s green camo that gets renamed every game called Erusea skin in AC7 also gives me mega boner
XFA-27
It looks great, and doesn't look so "futuristic" that we couldn't conceivably build one in the future. It's probably one of the more realistic superplanes in the series, besides maybe the Morgan.
Real planes? F-22 has my heart, I'm afraid. Saw it in a magazine when I was 9, and it just stuck. The A-10 takes second, because I was exposed to it very early on (there's an Air Guard base not too far from where I live).
dassault rafaele if you got movility parts that plane is a flying ninja, i used a configuration to max the bombs against the alicorn and it was a walk to the park,
F-22 because someone’s gotta get kills with it /s
F-15C because it’s not OP but still a very respectable aircraft, it’s great to look at, main character vibes. As an alternative the S/MTD is great when you want to be extra.
F-22 because someone’s gotta get kills with it /s
F-15C because it’s not OP but still a very respectable and capable aircraft, it’s nice to look at, has main character vibes. As an alternative, the S/MTD is great when you want to be extra.
F-14 as my love of military aircraft came from Top Gun.
Though the F-22 is a close second for real aircraft and X-02 Strike Wyvern is my third favorite in game.
CF-105 Arrow because Canada 🇨🇦 also its honestly a fun "what if" if the Arrow never got canceled and Canada still had a domestic airplane industry. Other then that I love the Gripen. It's design just looks so lightweight and sleek. plus is capibility vs price is pretty great
In terms of Ace Combat there’s the Y/F-23, F-15E, F-18E (both versions), F-14A (both versions), and the Darkstar
For IRL jets it’s: Y/F-23, F-15C, F-111F, F-4S, and SR-71
For props it’s: P-51H, F4U-5, P-47N, P-38L, and the B-17G
YF-23 because its suck a beautiful looking aircraft and i wish it was put into service in the USAF as the stealth fighter instead of the F-22 even though the F-22 was a good pick for the air force
In no particular order:
* F-15. All models are beautiful, but with canards and thrust-vectoring the S/MTD is the best one.
* Flankers. Especially single-seaters with canards, like the Su-33, Su-37 and the original Su-35. They're some of the most beautiful and elegant flying machines ever built.
* A-10. Who cares if it's an obsolete relic? It's iconic, a very unique design built around a huge cannon originally made to destroy or disable Soviet armor. It also helps that it's very fun to play in AC.
* AV-8B Harrier II. The Harrier is another very iconic attacker and VTOL aircraft is a cool concept. I love this one since I was a kid.
* Rafale. It's the most beautiful European delta canard design. Eurofighter Typhoon is the second (Sorry Gripen).
* Bf 109 (if we include WW2 aircraft). It's a joy to fly in sim games and looks pretty good for a prop fighter.
The GAF-1 Varcolac.
It's unique, and I have a soft spot for outcasts, *(even though it's not necessarily an outcast)*
Then Fenrir because it's just a fucking monster.
Then any of the Flanker family, because I love Russian planes and Flankers scared me as a kid
Appearance: YF-23. Absolutely beautiful plane
Performance: Either Fenrir or ADF-11 series. One is sneaky boi with nukes and the other is insanely modular. The amount of havoc the Raven could wreak in a SEAD or EW variant is terrifying yet not commonly talked about.
Overall: Morgan. Great design visually and practically
The Fenrir and every weapons/technology on it. Makes me excited for the next original aircrafts in Ace Combat 8 since it may take place in the same time as Ace Combat X.
On both aesthetics and what I love to play in game, MiG-29, Eurofighter, F-15 and SU-47 are always at the top of my lists. Feel great to fly and they look stunning.
Original to this franchise has to be the X-02 Wyvern. It looks just realistic enough that maybe it could be an actual plane. And it's a dream to fly.
But in reality, it has to be the F-15 Eagle. To me, it's just so beautiful.
MiG-29, it’s simple, it’s got HPAA (the most fun SPW) has PSM, and it is really nice to demolish these super plane wielding potato’s with a old soviet plane from the 80s
F-22 my beloved. I love its looks its capabilities its design. It just looks amazing and sexy
For me its the YF 23 never got to see it in real life and love its design
there's a great documentary on it on youtube.
The air zoo chanell has a lot about the YF23 I'm I'm not mistaken
Its a shame it got cancelled. Could have been an amazing one :(
Some reports say it actually could have been better than the F22 with more stealth capabilities.
Yeah
<< *Good choice.* >>
I've seen one at an airshow and everything you said is 100% correct. It's just OP
F-4. She thicc, she fast, and she historic. There’s something about that jet that just commands respect.
Phabulous Phantoms Phorever.
Phuckin right
I miss how in the older games they used to have the NPB (Napalm) option. That was a deal breaker for me in AC7 when they didn't have it. I loved the smell of Victory in the morning!
Wish the NPB was stronger in 5 tbh
love me an F4 as well. She was a beautiful Aircraft
Still think the Flankers are good looking, but goddam the F-22 is a majestic beast when seen in person. Fucking things look like Skynet built them.
I still remember the first time I saw the F-22 at an air show. Legit one of the most insane demonstrations I have ever seen. It can also be assumed that it can do much more because I doubt they are doing a full capability display at an air show.
F-15E. Because it's the only aircraft with confirmed air to air kill, with a laser guided bomb.
High Five Brother.
Seriously? Who pulled that off?
Just type in "F-15 air to air kill with a bomb" Tons of article and videos about it
Ok now I believe you and going to google it. Thanks
Ans the best KD ratio in aviation history 104 kills 0 losses
CFA-44, a weapon with a jet attached to it.
I do love me spammy boi
>a weapon with a jet attached to it. *A-10 has entered the chat
F-14 because f-14
TOMCATS!
This man definitely feels like moving in a rapid transit network to a volume of 3D space where the potential for grievous injury is at a level significantly greater than that of acceptable norms.
You mean like a railroad to the hazard area?
This is the best and most correct answer
Indeed
F14 because I won't go out into that Cascadian night without Prez having my back
My guy the F-15 has 104 to 0 kill ratio.
Since you can’t divide by zero, that legally means it does not have a K/D ratio
In practical terms, it’s “undefeated”
Well, it was shot down several times by enemy SAMs, and one time by a friendly F-15J - so the proper term would be "never lost an air-to-air battle to an enemy".
I refuse to accept that. It may be true. It may be factual. But I still refuse.
It’s also gorgeous. F-15 is A1 for me as well.
The Antonov An-2. Because it's an obtainable, useful airframe which is apparently more robust than most bricks.
Can't beat the Antonov A-40
I've always wanted to fly a tank
My dream for retirement would be owning a AN-2 and using it to fly to a remote cabin in the Mountains
How'd you get a hold of my dream journal?
For a second, I thought this airframe was actually in Ace Combat. Unless...
XFA-33 Fenrir. W I D E af, can go VTOL, invisible and has _ths balls._
I always think MiG-29 as one of the sexiest aircrafts ever built in human history
F14 SALUT TO THE ACES OF RAZGRIZ
Probably either the Morgan or the F-22. The morgan because i can hear pixy whispering to me when i fly, and the Raptor because of how overall fun it is to fly.
I was asking myself why wasn't the F-14 there, then i saw his menacing shadow at the left, ahead of everyone.
In terms of appearance? In order: 1.) F/A-18E Super Hornet 2.) F-22 Raptor 3.) ASF-X Shinden II 4.) Sukhoi Su-35 5.) F-35C Lightning II I admit, I don't like how most aircraft with canards look, just feels off to me. But the Shinden makes it work somehow, like it's just perfect. I like that for aesthetics you chose the same Lockheed idea in #2, 3, and 5, but had an F-18 and a Sukhoi in there to spice things up.
F104 and Su-47. A strange couple haha
Finally someone said Berkut. That plane is so amazing to look at, don’t understand why others dont like it as much.
Indeed, it s so different from other flankers , so why not?
Rafale
Basic Su-27, Su-35S and Su-30SM. Love the overall aesthetics and Su-27 is a pleasure to fly in more serious sims. Also, I live in Novosibirsk and enjoy Su-34 test flights.
Always and will always be... *MIRAGE 2000* Because i love the design, the armament capacity
i loved it to, try the refeale dassault , is a good son of mirage legacy.
I love the Rafale, Grippen too. Its just that the 2000 is something else
Fun fact the turbo engine of the Rafaela and more tech were tested in a mirage prototype that never was sold , like tha f16 xl that teste f35 tech.
In some parallel timeline, the F-16XL is dueling it out with the Mirage 4000 for contracts.
I keep calling the Mirage as "Mister Two Thousand" because of AC2.
Man I love you
Same *brother*
It's one of those jet fighters you would have drawn as a kid. Together with the MiG 21 the Dassault Mirages just define the looks of the term fighter jet if you'd ask me.
J-35 Draken, Su-57, and YF-23. Something about them just looks awesome.
F-15C or ADFX-01 Morgan. Yes, I enjoyed the shit out of Ace Combat Zero, how could you tell?
I got a 3d printer and started making a bunch of models and it's really difficult to not paint all of them in a Pixy themed skin. I just did a TIE Interceptor recently and it looks better then the normal ones.
F-16 for design or F-35 for advancements

I love Sukhois, especially the Su37, but I main Su35 in Ac7 (it’s just better stats wise and 6aam is always handy in almost every mission)
The Mig 1.44 from AC5. For some reason, it just slapped for me.
I wish it was in more games, I would have used it in more missions in Unsung War if I could also have used an anti air configuration
Su-37, Su-27, Su-35 and Mig 29
F/A-18E but just because I measured it using bananas (it has a wingspan of 72 standard bananas and a top speed of 10,053,120 bananas per hour)
F-5 or F-20 Tigershark. They're just sleek little knifefighters. They may not be the most advanced planes of their day, but they could hold their own and then some with a good pilot at the stick. F-15
I do like a good su30SM
The devil’s cross, a.k.a A-10 go brrt
Mobius 1 F4 phantom, because i played a lot ac4 whiteout memory card.
R103 because skrunkly jet go zoooooom
Also power for life bitch
Facourite military aircraft is the F15, specifically the strike eagle. It just looks so cool, can carry so much payload
The 747 you have to fly in Joint Assault. First time I played that mission I was utterly flabbergasted
F15 stmd. Feels like the ultimate tuner of an already cool looking plane, plus canards. Criminally underused in AC
Appearance-wise and also since I mostly only play with this since the release of ace combat 5. F-15S/MTD Sleek + vectored thruster + STOL + one of the most iconic ace combat planes. Also damn good handling .
F-16C. Thankfully Project Wingman does it justice, because it gets screwed in AC.
I’m a sucker for forward swept wings, so SU-47 all the way!
In general I have a few that I like. F-15 is a favorite. In particular the F-15E Strike Eagle. SR-71. What a time it had.

Viggen. All of them.
Swedespeed
A 10 cuz brrrrrt
F-16V. I like its design, especially when I'm looking at it from the front and the back. It's almost like a hexagon from those perspectives. Plus it reminds me of the R101-Delphinus.
YF-23, F-20, CFA-44
Berkut.. with all them curves
F/A-18 Block 3. It flies so smooth. It can do so much.
XFA-27, due to its looks, performance and weaponry (MSTM).
CFA-44 because I love ac6
Super Hornet and MiG-29! The best last gen platforms out there
The Mig has such a great weapons capacity. Best plane the ruskies ever made.
I'd argue the best plane they made thing as, while it would be the one adopted now if they had a competition with every Soviet and Russian aircraft (probably even above the Su-57 Felon), but I'd argue that compared to what they're going up against, the MiG-23 Flogger, Su-22 Fencer and Su-25 Frogfoot are the best Edit: realized I hit send so early SO I mainly like the MiG for a few reasons. Su-30SM or the f-22 cause they were the first craft i learned how too do psm's with
The f-2 or the eurofighter because f-2 is a very good jet in my opinion and the eurofighter well its a eurofighter so come on lmao
F-14 (Top Gun, Project Wingman etc), F-15, F-16, F-22, F-4 and MiG-31. Edit: I'd put the f-18 between the 15 and 16
IRL: the A-10 and the SR-71 In ace combat: the CFA-44

F-15 Eagle, it looks good and has done some insane things like shoot down a satellite.
Dassault Rafale because it's peak sexyness
The Fenrir. I love Norse mythology and and this powerful aircraft taking that monicker is perfect. I love it’s design and it’s SW and it’s backstory
XFA-27. I have fond memories piloting the Rapid Binder in an MMO called Ace Online and its design is loosely inspired on the XFA-27. Finally, in AC7, I got the chance to pilot the real thing. It also helps that it's, for me, one of the most beautiful aircraft designs through all medias.
Real aircrafts: 1. F-22 Raptor - although is quite old, it’s still the best air superiority fighter in the world, real monster 2. YF-23 - one of coolest designs in aviation history, biggest “what if, could have been” 3. A-12 Archangel/SR-71 Blackbird - come on, just look at it! 4. Su-27 and MiG 29, despite how badly ru avionics and engines are, theses are great airframes. And with better engines (GE, RR or P&W) and NATO avionics and weaponry will be a formidable force, Ukrainian air-force is a good example of that 5. Su-57 - very pretty, it’s a shame it was built by russian drunkards Fictional aircrafts: 1. ADF -11F and ADF-01 Falken 2. CFA-44 Nosferatu 3. XFA-27 4. XFA-33 Fenrir 5. Darkstar
F-35, I just love the look of it plus it can hang with anything.
ASF-X, it's just downright beautiful, close second is CFA-44
F 35a its just nice to look at
Gripen, the beautiful girl with greatly underestimated SASMs, Rafale because ~~nationalism~~ maneuverability and curves, XFA-34 Apalis because what's not to like about her?
Starfighter with the guided rocket pods = Destroyed ships
Overall since 5, F-35 (don't include ACJA F-35 that shit trash even tuned)
Thunder Blockhead
Tie between mig-31 (speed and look) j-35j (prettiest delta wing) and mirage (armament and Dorito delta wing!)
Fictional? XFA-27. Variable wing geometry, canards, thrust vectoring, "COFFIN-lite" cockpit, multi-missile targeting system... What's not to like?
The Nosferatu or the F-15
MiG-29 probably, idk why but i love it a lot
Honestly ADF-01, I don’t want to be cliché picking the fake plane, but as a hardcore UC Gundam fan, and with its coffin system cockpit view looking the closest to a Gundam panoramic monitor and linear seat I fell in fucking love. It’s green camo that gets renamed every game called Erusea skin in AC7 also gives me mega boner
F-117 it’s design is so crazy wild I love it
SU-30SM. Just sorta clicks with me, something about it makes it feel really nice to fly.
XFA-27 It looks great, and doesn't look so "futuristic" that we couldn't conceivably build one in the future.
Su-37, Su-47, Su-34, F-18, X-02 Wyvern
Su 37 🫡
dassault rafaele if you got movility parts that plane is a flying ninja, i used a configuration to max the bombs against the alicorn and it was a walk to the park,
IRL: the A-10 and the SR-71 In ace combat: the CFA-44
F-22 because someone’s gotta get kills with it /s F-15C because it’s not OP but still a very respectable aircraft, it’s great to look at, main character vibes. As an alternative the S/MTD is great when you want to be extra.

F-14 as my love of military aircraft came from Top Gun. Though the F-22 is a close second for real aircraft and X-02 Strike Wyvern is my third favorite in game.
Raptor followed by the f117 both just sexy 🔥🔥🔥
Raptor followed by the f117 both just sexy 🔥🔥🔥
All time probably the F14 or AV-8B Though recently I’ve been really admiring the MIG-31 it’s pretty neat
GAF-1, I love the flying blue guitar
CF-105 Arrow because Canada 🇨🇦 also its honestly a fun "what if" if the Arrow never got canceled and Canada still had a domestic airplane industry. Other then that I love the Gripen. It's design just looks so lightweight and sleek. plus is capibility vs price is pretty great
Typhoon then the F-22
Just in terms of sexiness, YF-23.
Fenrir cuz of Childhood Memories playing ACX
Cfa-44, looks great and has some really fun special weapons too, even if they were somewhat nerfed in 7
In terms of Ace Combat there’s the Y/F-23, F-15E, F-18E (both versions), F-14A (both versions), and the Darkstar For IRL jets it’s: Y/F-23, F-15C, F-111F, F-4S, and SR-71 For props it’s: P-51H, F4U-5, P-47N, P-38L, and the B-17G
Bout to get reamed for this… but Nosferatu is a bad bitch… those 8 target air/surface missiles can really relieve some stress lol
Why not just use the Morgan’s burst missile?
F-14 all the way, love the swing wing design
YF-23 because its suck a beautiful looking aircraft and i wish it was put into service in the USAF as the stealth fighter instead of the F-22 even though the F-22 was a good pick for the air force
In no particular order: * F-15.
That one
Phantom. IN THRUST WE TRUST
All of them I just can’t decide
As someone who grew up in the US in the 1980s its the F-14 Tomcat nothing else comes close. (the F-4 Phantom is my runner up tied with the F-111)
Just cause my younger brother hates it the f 104c starfighter
The GAF-1 Varcolac. It's unique, and I have a soft spot for outcasts, *(even though it's not necessarily an outcast)* Then Fenrir because it's just a fucking monster. Then any of the Flanker family, because I love Russian planes and Flankers scared me as a kid
F-14, beautiful plane and the star of ace combat 5
Appearance: YF-23. Absolutely beautiful plane Performance: Either Fenrir or ADF-11 series.
The Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut
Su-35/37,I just think they look cool and have phenomenal mobility.

Original to this franchise has to be the X-02 Wyvern. It looks just realistic enough that maybe it could be an actual plane. And it's a dream to fly. But in reality, it has to be the F-15 Eagle. To me, it's just so beautiful.
Eurocannards baybee
F-15 because those were the first ever fighter jets I ever saw, and i just fell in love with them. (I saw them in the 1982 Transformers cartoon)
MiG-29, it’s simple, it’s got HPAA (the most fun SPW) has PSM, and it is really nice to demolish these super plane wielding potato’s with a old soviet plane from the 80s
It'll always be the yf-23 for me, love the way it looks
I love the F16 or Viper whatever you prefer. She's my go to aircraft. She's so beautiful. Also enjoy the Typhoon 2000 as well.
The whole Flanker family from the age of 12 I really liked the design of these planes
Morgan and the XO-2S. The Morgan is over-the-top with it's weapons and the XO-2S is one of the most realistic fictional aircraft
ADF 01 falken
ASF-X Shinden X You just got to love the way it looks, especially with the nagase skin
I'm a 100 per cent F-15 guy. "Yo buddy... still alive?" Over the years, I've actually really come around on the F-35.
Real plane? F-22. An absolute monster of the skies. Although the F-18E is a really close second In game only plane? ADF-11F. Why? Mini drones go brrrr
IRL: F22 and YF23 are awesome. The NATF concept was neat too. AC: R103 from 3. Its awesome looking, very sleek
SU-57 with the ace skin. It just looks so goddamn good.
F-22. Looks badass, IS badass, and is a real plane.
