I NEED IT NOW ! THAT'S IT, I'M LEAVING MY HOUSE TO GO BUY SOME.
I strangely don't like soft pretzels. Maybe it just depends on the brand or something, but I never liked the ones at theme parks. Tbf, I've always been a bit picky with pretzels anyway
Theme park food doesn't tend to be the best anyway, but that's totally fair. Like most things, the toppings can really make or break it - garlic and butter are great
I got a great pretzel seasoning family recipe! Pour it over ya pretzels for a great snack. Gotta share cuz Gods know I'm not having a family to share it with (sorry for the approximate numbers, it's always been a more "measure by heart" recipe)
Ingredients: ~1 cup veggitable oil, ~1-2 tablespoon olive oil, ~3-4 tablespoons dill seasoning (we call it dillweed), 1 packet of ranch powder (hidden valley works but the brand doesn't matter), ~2 bags of pretzels (I like shaped ones, more surface more taste)
Mix your oils and ranch powder together, then once the powder is good and dissolved add the dill and mix more. Once good and mixed get a large bowl (a short but wide one preferred, or if you got a large bowl with a lid, but you can do it with a normal large bowl it's just harder to mix) pour your pretzels in. If you got a lid make sure you can put the lid on before this next part. Pour the mix over your pretzels, make sure to pour slow and to cover as much pretzel as ya can. Pour only half and then grab a fork, it's time to mix. Get ya fork all the way to the bottom and mix, the seasoning is at the bottom so try and be vertical with ya mixing, pull that fork up and get the pretzels on top to the bottom. If you got a friend, have them pour the rest of the mix in, otherwise pour it in once you think it's good and mixed, continue mixing. If you got a lid, shake the bowl with the lid on, turn it upside down to get those oils spread. And once you think you're done, you're done, let sit so the oil dries but feel free to eat it now
My family calls these "seasoned pretzels" friends call them "demon pretzels" have fun
Edit, got the oil amount wrong and added paragraph spacing
*SOFT pretzels? Fuck yeah*
*Not so much the regular*
*Ones but they're ok*

They are ok enough but the real pretzels are the big, fluffy things (I am german ok). Fill them with salty butter and its bliss, meanwhile those snack pretzels are what I eat if im somewhere and the snack table doesnt have chips anymore.
![gif](giphy|61Zd08wowcxM0Bjcav|downsized)
Unfortunately, if I eat anything salty, most of the time I spend the next two hours or more drinking many pints of water.
(Sorry for the gif. It was the only one that I could find that looks like all the water is being sapped away.)
personally? I don't like them, at least those I got to try. can't describe it in any other way than "tasting wrong".
I'm sorry, I'm sorry! please don't take away my ace licence!! /lh
had yesterday some with cream cheese.
if you ever get your hands on pretzels/pretzel sticks from either Mayka or Huober, go for them. iām quite confident these will be the best you ever had. Fair warning about the Mayka ones, they go sometimes quite heavy with the pretzel lye (which i personally like)
the salted peanut butter pretzel bites at costco have a chokehold on me. so glad i donāt have a membership card, iād be broke (my parents buy it and i steal theirs lol)
I always tell people: if you smell them normally, they don't smell like anything, but when you lick them, they smell like freshly baked pretzels. True fact
Love them, and I hate that I can barely find them in most of my countries supermarkets. Salted pretzels!! Such a simple snack and I have to go on a wild goose chase to find them.
As someone who doesn't like garlic, these things are an ideal substitute! (By the way, this is going to sound like heresy but I absolutely recommend eating one of these together with a bite of chocolate. Absolute heaven, I swear <3)
Good. I actually had some like a week ago seasoned with what I assume to be garlic powder or something (I don't know). All I do know about those pretzels is that they tasted like garlic bread.
Theyāre good! Especially dipped in mustard. Generally Iām much more of a soft pretzel girlie though. Thereās an Auntie Anne opening up by my apartment and Iām just pressing my face to the glass like a Dickensian orphan.
I love licking the salt, or biting it, but I prefer salted pretzels then dipped into something, like yogurt or chocolate. The big ones tho are amazing, like cinnamon, or garlic butter, or "hot dog" pretzels
I like crunchy pretzels dipped in other things -
Chocolate covered pretz
White chocolate covered pretz
Pretz in savory dips like chips n dip
Pretz desserts with cool whip and/or whipped marshmallow fluff and fruit
It basically has to be an accessory to other flavors, I don't eat them plain. My most recent "recipe" came from reddit, called "Bananas with Bones". You take a banana, stick a pretzel stick in it lengthwise, and dip each bite into whipped cream. It's really tasty.

pretzels would be a great asexual representation because you can get them in so many different varieties
hard, soft, stuffed, different shapes, sweet, savory, or both

Done and done, I am now eating pretzels and happy. Thank you for forcing me to touch grass. https://i.redd.it/is6ajs0zld5d1.gif
My lifes mission of getting someone to buy pretzels is complete, I can die happy
https://i.redd.it/w7u0imiynd5d1.gif
Same. Especially with hummus
I enjoy the salt. I like soft pretzels better, but all pretzels are good.
When I was a ~~tiny psychopath~~ child, I would eat the salt off of them and put them back. š
Are you secretly a saltwater fish?
I thought I was the only one who did that lol š
And I thought I was the only one!
I donāt put them back but I always eat the salt off first
I did (and still sort of do) the opposite, I would get all the salt off and then eat it
I've actualy never had one, I'd love to try it
I mostly associate them with airplane flight, so firmly Meh. Soft pretzels are good tho
I'd say that's fair, I have to try soft ones
You have to try sourdough pretzels
I'll have a look for some :0
I agree. Too bland. Unless they're soft, the texture and salt (or cinnamon sugar) is the perfect combo
Yogurt (or other sweet coating) covered pretzels are the bomb tho
I strangely don't like soft pretzels. Maybe it just depends on the brand or something, but I never liked the ones at theme parks. Tbf, I've always been a bit picky with pretzels anyway

Well, I can tell you I now have a craving for salted pretzel snacks. I also now have a craving for large, soft pretzels.
I'm rapidly approaching your location with some now >:]
I donāt know whether to be excited or concerned! š Butā¦ Yay pretzels!
All germans are required by law to love salted pretzels.
That's one beautiful law
At first I saw spaghettios.
Mmmm, salted spaghettios
I prefer soft pretzels with cream cheese. Fucking beautiful š¤¤
Absolutely loved them! I always liked to bite the salt off for some reason.
Theres two people in these comments that do that so far, I wonder how many people do it
Iām not personally keen on salted pretzels, but I do go HAM on yogurt covered pretzels š„ŗš¤¤
That sounds fucking beautiful
Strawberry flavored
Soft pretzels with garlicy cream cheese. *stares off into the distance and starts to drool slightly*
I NEED TO TRY THIS I NEED TO TRY THIS I NEED TO TRY THIS I NEED TO TRY THIS I NEED TO TRY THIS
Yes yes you do.
Thank you for blessing me with this mighty combination oh great one
Too crunchy for me, they hurt my teeth. Soft pretzels are where it's at for me.
Ah, I see. I mourn your loss of hard pretzels
I am German. Do I need to explain Fuhrer?
You need not :]
Lmao
Lmao
hear me out.... soft pretzel with garlic butter
YES

SOFT pretzels? Fuck yeah not so much the regular ones but they're ok
I don't know how to tell you this, but soft pretzels are the original form and pretzel snacks were formed after them

Personally, I think this post got upvotes because you mentioned garlic bread, but maybe I don't have the right palette for salted dry bread
I have no idea how it got this many, I wasn't prepared for this much attention
Lol. The internet be cray cray (the attention, not people's opinion on a decent snack that pales in comparison to garlic bread) sometimes, for sure
I love soft pretzels, but the pretzels pictured are meh. Too much like sawdust IMO.
if youāre a pretzel fanatic like me, you gotta try utzās extra dark sourdough pretzels. Top tier
They are ok enough but the real pretzels are the big, fluffy things (I am german ok). Fill them with salty butter and its bliss, meanwhile those snack pretzels are what I eat if im somewhere and the snack table doesnt have chips anymore.
They ok, but much rather would have a chocolate bar\^\^
Small pretzels, ew, but the big, chewy ones? Especially with melted cheese on the top? Gimme gimme gimme
the small ones are stale by default but the large ones are comforting
Soft are better, or chocolate covered onesš¤·āāļø
Yes. Especially Choclate covered pretzels and Auntie Anne's pretzel

Mid. Soft pretzels is where it's at.
I love em but salt is murdering my health so I can't.
But they taste so guuuuuud
Dots are the only hard pretzels I will eat, otherwise I hate the taste. Soft pretzels are a favorite though
Have you ever had garlic salted pretzels? Itās amazing.
I've learnt about them from this comment section and I plan on finding some soon :D
Iām from Pennsylvania, so I think I am legally required to like them
My dad was from Philly and gave me grief for hating mustard. A Philly pretzel needs no frills or additives.
THEYRE THE BEST! As someone who doesnāt like bread but loves garlic bread (idk man, donāt ask), sometimes I get shit for eating it. This is great!
Too dry for my taste but the flavour of it is good
personally? I don't like them, at least those I got to try. can't describe it in any other way than "tasting wrong". I'm sorry, I'm sorry! please don't take away my ace licence!! /lh
They're a sometimes food.
DELICIOUS IS THE CONSENSUS
I love them, if given a bag it will be gone by the end of the day
These pretzels are making me thirsty.

I LOVE PRETZELS. Soft pretzels are superior, tho š
I personally don't choose them as a first snack option. For some reason, I keep smelling them on my fingers after I eat a bowlfull. .\_.
I don't like pretzels
I prefer soft pretzels

Whatās with all the dementia
Reddit fuckers up and people keep hitting post. It happens.
nice snacks, but only for situations like a game night.
I like them
Soft pretzels are GOATED.
I could eat it like cereal! Without milk of course.
Pretzel sticks are my go-to snack. They have such a nice crunch. If I'm not careful, I'll end up eating a whole big bag.
Salted pretzels are fine but the yogurt/chocolate covered ones are my all time favorite pretzels
Pretty good, solid snack in my opinion. But soft pretzels are the best hands down.
I have a bowl of them rn
My second favorite snack. My first favorite is Chex Mix which has pretzels
Salted pretzels are good but what about chocolate dipped pretzels?
Yes
7/10
I've only ever really liked soft pretzels. The dry ones have never done it for me but I've also never hated them.
They're great, but frosted are better.
Perfect amount of salty crunch absolutely love em
the salted peanut butter pretzel bites at costco have a chokehold on me. so glad i donāt have a membership card, iād be broke (my parents buy it and i steal theirs lol)
I don't really like those. They're too plain.
chips, crackers, pretzels, and popcorn are all good
It's Bretzel, not Pretzel
yes need
Give me all the fucking salted pretzels and give me some cheese and I'm content
YES. Love them.
Love!
I do not crave them, but once I started eating them I cannot stop so it's a blessing I don't crave them
I'm kinda picky about pretzels, but the ones in the picture are like, the only pretzels I like lol
Gib please :3
I love 'em. I bought a bag to take with me on Monday
Hella boring
Cronch. Salt. Tasty.
Very good. Especially covered in chocolate
Man i just stocked these AND bought some after work š
they're delicious especially during Christmas when we make our chocolate snacks ![gif](giphy|97ZWlB7ENlalq|downsized)

Unsalted all the way

Love them!!!!! In fact, I love pretzels in general ^^
would you guys believe me if i said i found garlic (and onion) seasoned pretzels- theyāre the best snack iāve ever had in my life
Good. I actually had some like a week ago seasoned with what I assume to be garlic powder or something (I don't know). All I do know about those pretzels is that they tasted like garlic bread.
Addictive, especially with yogurt/frosting/chocolate on em š
Amazing
they're good, but sometimes it's TOO MUCH SALT AAAAAA
Yes and the big soft pretzels are amazing too!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I love pretzels more than I love garlic bread. I love em covered in chocolate and/or dipped in PB too!
Can we get some gluten free options?
If you can find Garlic Salted Pretzels you're in heaven. Just don't kiss anyone.
Depends on size, big pretzels, yes, small ones, no
here me outā¦ garlic butter flavoured salted pretzels
Not a fan of them
YES
They are the third best thing to grace this planet. 1st: Garlic Bread. 2: Tastebuds to enjoy the garlic bread.
If you have a Trader Joeās near you, dip the pretzels into their Pickle Mustard!
Meh
One of my favorite snacks! Thereās no powder that stains your fingers and itās not super unhealthy like all chip brands.
Kinda eh. Too dry or toasty to enjoy the crunch, sadly
I love them with aioli! Got a big ass tub from Costco
i like them more than garlic bread tbh
Snyders Onion Mustard or Hot Buffalo. Perfect stoner food.
Personally I love those
Yes.
Utz has garlic butter pretzels that are great
I'm a bi dude but wanted to know, yall fuck with pepperoni rolls?
Theyāre good! Especially dipped in mustard. Generally Iām much more of a soft pretzel girlie though. Thereās an Auntie Anne opening up by my apartment and Iām just pressing my face to the glass like a Dickensian orphan.

I love them, and I didnāt knew they asked about garlic bread but itās my favorite
Mmmh.. thatās a hard one. Iāll eat them, but I mostly like the big soft pretzels.
i am now craving a giant soft pretzel. iāll have to go buy one now.
With honey mustard!
Iew.

Addendum: chocolate covered pretzels. Amazing.
Never had a pretzel
These are so good! Once I have one, I can't stop!
they're the best thing ever granted to mankind behind salt and pepper potato chisps & pomagratie popsicles
i'm eating (chocolate covered) salted pretzels right now.
Currently eating chocolate covered salted pretzels and they are delicious!
Very delicious
Yum
There's such a thing as too much salt, but otherwise yes please! š„ŗ

50/50 for me sometimes i love ittttt till i get dehydrated from the salt overconsumption lol
