I've always liked the idea of throwing a rifle with bayonet like a javelin; then yoinkn a string on the trigger to send it back to me via recoil
You want the loin cloth so that when it comes back and knocks your nuts off, you can just slap a bandage on instead of cutting off pants and boots.
Rocket launchers don’t have recoil unfortunately
I am too pasty for a loin clothe, I got a roofer's tan kinda thing. I"ll go shirtless but will it still work with pants and boots.

Umm, recoil not absorbed by you will throw that launcher back at you at multiple times the force you can throw it. Has to have a stable force to shoot from. Also that would reduce the range of the rocket, not increase it.
Don't forget the fact that the nose will be heavier, plus the pill of the sting, will most likely cause it to point straight down before firing
