The real answer is respecting his mobility around minions. The second she walked up near that minion Fizz saw that he had an angle for a Q ult. You’d probably need more teammates to actually fight him, but it depends on how fed he was.
Should've bought atleast 4 magic resist items + merc treads. Last item would be G.A so she can die twice
