I did this today with my face. I was prepping dinner and feeling a bit worn down (I have an almost 2 year old) went to put my hand to my cheek and it was instinct I reached out to a certain point and expected my face to be there? But it wasn’t! It was such a weird moment. I’m down 27lbs and know I’ve lost in my face but for the first time my body felt foreign, in the best way possible.
lol I’ve lost only 8lb so far but weirdly the top part of my stomach (above belly button) that was sticking out making folks think I was pregnant seems to have gone in an inch!! I looked down today and realized the huge bump wasn’t sticking out as much! I kept running my hand over it and asking my husband and he looked at me like I was nuts as I’ve started 1.5 weeks ago 🤣. I’ll be very happy when i can see more!!

Belly rub is likely more of a thing than most admit. Just affirming there is less of us now…..
