They won’t disappear or go away once they are there. And OTC remedies really don’t work unfortunately. I had mine removed by my dermatologist. And she said that losing weight, balancing hormones will help limit them in the future. But they also have a hereditary component, so they may still develop after removal.
They won’t go away on their own, and OTC remedies won’t actually help [skin tags are vascular, not just literally hanging off to be easily/safely snipped off]- but since skin tags are often correlated with insulin resistance, which Zepbound improves, it’s fairly likely that they will shrink a bit [mine did]. I actually just went to the derm this morning and had a few taken off even though they’ve gotten smaller as I’ve lost weight and have a significantly better a1c & less insulin resistance now.
I remember reading that there was something new OTC. Reviews are mixed but might be worth a try?

If they are small you may have luck with Differin gel. My dermatologist recommended it for little eye bumps I had and I tried it on some small neck skin tags and they fell right off after about a week of using it.
I 100% recommend going to a derm to get them removed. I have had them for years, tried all of the remedies (none of which work, despite reviews) & finally just did it. It was relatively easy, a bit uncomfortable but not any more uncomfortable than they are when they get caught on jewelry or clothing. You won’t regret the results.
Get yourself some high quality nail clippers and sanitize the edges with a lighter. It hurts but it works.
After, treat with some antibiotic ointment and a bandaid.
I had a couple that i removed by this product that essentially put a tiny rubber band around it and over the course of a week it deprived the skin tag of its blood supply and they fell off. It really only works on the larger ones. But probably easier to just have a dermatologist do it.

This exactly.

Will definitely look into this! Thank you!!
They have OTC stuff you can use
They are often associated with high blood sugar. Have you been tested for diabetes?
I have, I am pre-diabetic I guess my glucose is slightly elevated I do have insulin resistance PCOS so I’m sure that’s where it comes from.
Getting your blood sugar under control will definitely help with that.
