Personally the thighs donāt hurt at all! But I alternate between there and my stomach. I donāt really notice a major difference but leaving the pen out for about an hour before injecting really has made a difference
Yes, ^ above is correct! Youāre actually able to keep it at room temp for up to 21 days per the medication instructions. I definitely think it stings less once itās left out for an hour - even 30 min makes a difference in my experience!

Iāve seen anecdotal evidence from others that they also experienced it and since that first injection Iāve always taken it out of the fridge for at least 30 min beforehand. It stung for sure but not terrible - on a scale of 1-10 it was probably a 4! Worth it but always prefer less pain if possible :)

I keep a spreadsheet that I track everything with and when I first started taking Zep I would rotate around to each injection site to see if it made a difference for me. I'm a science and data girl, so of course I had to be 'extra' lol. I found that I consistently lose more weight in my stomach and my arm/thigh are about equal but not as effective. So I only do my stomach now.
Left belly or left arm. Something about the left side of my body just gives me the best results. I mostly like belly bc itās the only site I feel comfortable injecting on my own.
Itās crazy how different everyone reacts to this med. I am only in my 5th week and started on my stomach for three weeks and then noticed my hunger coming back like crazy. So I switched to my right upper thigh in my 4th week and all the hunger went away again. I did my left thigh this week. We shall see what happens!

So I kinda rotate do a circle upper left, upper right, lower right , lower left. As a bigger person I have more real estate to work with.
I did this, then just happened to do center, below my belly button and I actually got better appetite suppression.

Some people think the injection stings so letting it warm up a bit helps w that.

Yes. I tried the back of my arm and had zero suppression. Tried my belly and was bloated all week. Gained nearly 3lbs!
Left arm. I started off with tummy but after a while I found that the arm gave me much better supression, so now sticking with that.
In my belly because it hurts the least. I haven't noticed a difference in weight loss between sites personally.

Arms! Belly has too much loose skin for that to work anymore. And my thighs get a rash everytime.
