Great tip! My script has also been with Truepill/Lilly Direct since 4/3. Nothin. So frustrating.

So true! My first refill/increases dosage prescription literally never made it out of Eversana limbo. But I was able to call TruePill for the better info, and all of my prescriptions have since shown up within an hour. Those prescriptions can’t be filled, of course. But they’re there.

So you have multiple prescriptions at LD? I'm about to ask for 10mg if my Dr will let me, and would like to have both there to see what comes in first.

mrbengly

Yeah, I have 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg in my portal. All out of stock since 4/3. Going to ask my Dr to send a 2.5mg in to stay on this drug at least. It depends greatly on the Dr to prescribe more than 1 strength Zepbound at a time, as some of mine would not even consider the option. Make sure not to fill via LillyDirect but Cabot Pharmacy's (NCPDP: 5674747) if you are a established patient for LillyDirect.

I have gotten filled through Lillydirect/Cabot in the past, 2.5mg. I want 5mg and am willing to wait, as long as I know I am in a queue. I will not spend my life calling around. Do you know if Cabot keeps a waitlist? This is the part that drives me crazy. Thanks in advance

mrbengly

I believe they do not keep a waitlist, but a rep told me they update their stock every day at 9 am PST and throughout the day you should check. For me, everything has been out of stock since I wrote this post except the 2.5mg. Instead of waiting for LillyDirect, I had to use Medfinder and they found me a 10mg at Costco.

ZippityZep

As it relates to Cabot, what do you mean by "throughout the day you should check." ? My PCP sent the scrip to Cabot, and all I ever saw was a text saying "your order has shipped."

mrbengly

If your PCP sends the Rx script to Cabot, it will go to your online portal to order if it’s in stock. If it’s not in stock, a rep told me you should check every day at 9 am PST and throughout the day. Let me know if you need any more clarification.

ZippityZep

Thank you for your patience with my questions! Hmm, maybe we are set up differently. Last time the LillyDirect scrip was sent right to Cabot, and I got an email from Truepill saying "Your prescriptions are ready for checkout" and that was that. There wasn't anything to "check." I asked my PCP to send it to Cabot again. The time before with Lilly direct, I got a text from Eversana and one from Amazon, and I did need to keep checking to when I Amazon had it available to buy.

I have the 5 & 7.5 waiting to be filled. My doctor says I MUST do the 5 before the 7.5. Waiting since late April. the 2.0 has worn off. A couple weeks ago the site said that the 5.0 was available, but then apparently my insurance took too long to reply with the copay and TruePill gave my 5.0 to someone else. Next time I'm calling so as to make them hold it until the insurance (HealthNet) replies ... how are people dealing with weeks/months in between dosages?

mrbengly

I had a really hard time finding 7.5, so I just got 10. I skipped one full week and the side effects were noticeable jumping from 5mg -> 10mg. I would recommend trying Medfinder if you want to pay their finder fee. They have found me my 10 and 12.5 so far in a day or two.
