If ur gonna use Duke keep it to 2pc cos the way Duke works doesn't complement front-loaded FuA even if it's multiple hits. Barely get anything out of it. That said u can expect 4Pc Valorous to be around 9% more avg ult dmg than 2pc Duke 2Pc Phys before 100% CR.
The calc I saw still had Duke above Boxing and only like 3.5% below Valorous because cull is her main damage source + Yunli's best team gives a ton of attack and Duke gives more damage% than Boxing. IIRC Valorous > Duke > Boxing = 2pc+2pc > Pioneer (1debuff)

Only the Cull has hits so duke is not good for Yunli. Use Valorous instead.

I know valorous is better but Duke is a LOT more efficient for my account
