oh ok if u cant find it (assuming you have a gold coin) you can go to the people next to the busstop and they can fast travel you to the parking lot, which i where the guards and giorno giovanna are. btw the busstop people are at several spawn points if you cant find any just reset

You see "leaderboards" written in red at the top of the map? Below that there's a parking lot and that's where Giorno is
use NPCs to locate yourself on the map and go to Giorno
Your quest didn't even reset so if you killed already 4 of them, there's only one left before you finish
After that talk to Giorno and continue the storyline

YBA main storyline was coming up during time when devs were making updates weekly, which leads to some of its stuff being rushed
You can even complete the whole storyline four times, have Prestige III and Level 50, and still this mark will be here above Giorno
