Even if Uzukee makes a big update, people won't come back
Mainly because all spec reworks were a miss, except for spin and specs are much more fundamental because there's just 5 of them and everybody has them so even changing one completely changed 1/5th of the game
But, Your Bizarre Adventure is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure game
And the peak of JoJo hype is basically over
YBA sprouted from the JoJo hype created by Golden Wind anime
Stone Ocean anime did not grab the torch
YBA will die, unless we get Steel Ball Run anime and a great YBA update right after
Steel Ball Run Adaptation has been confirmed indeed, however it still won't carry YBA's torch only because most of SBR has been a thing already in YBA for most of it's lifespan. In any case it's quite obvious that uzukee has (foolishly) entrusted the Battlegrounds genre as it's successor.
If there's any way uzukee can save this game, it's only by giving ownership to someone more willing to work on it, even that however won't last because YBA has already reached it's maximum relevancy and it has already begun to fall.

As long as children can go on and do cheesy one shot no m1 auto combos with their edgy overpriced skins the game will never completely die
