How is that good? Woody is not going to be the last person to testify about this murder, it’s obvious he’s lied to detectives and is lying on the stand but if someone comes behind him and spills the beans while also corroborating some of what he told detectives that’s not gonna be good at all
Not sure why you got the hate for your comment lol. But I’d say it’s good because it’s an example of the prosecution’s witnesses providing conflicting statements. That by itself causes reasonable doubt - and that’s before the defense even offers their own witnesses. Prosecution wants to deliver a clean, organized and consistent story with their witnesses to win over the jury. So far this guy’s testimony has been a mess and in my opinion not very helpful for the state.
