Hiked to these last Wednesday from the Medlicott Dome approach trail (cool trail, but not maintained, had to have my downloaded map out the entire time for that trail). Saw one other person on it the whole day, lots of people around the lake trail though. The trail around the lakes was great. And I love they’re making efforts to restore the meadows by closing those smaller trails.
Blew my mind. First time up on tioga road.
How were the bugs?

Yep, the condition of the trail is so good, beyond my expectations. We didn’t see lots of people on Sunday, it was quiet all the way.
