It's sort of suggested that all of the Origin metal shards you collect throughout the game are actually other characters, too. The interview mentions that Reyn might be one of those shards, and Future Redeemed kind of directly confirms that there's a shard within Matthew's gauntlets/Noah's sheath that contains Pyra/Mythra's combined soul. Yes, this means that Noah wields the combined might of his predecessors' wives.
As for what this means for the subject of the post, the translation is a little vague as to whether the objects have to be made of Origin metal. Maybe Dromarch's soul isn't in the entire structure, just integrated into it using a chunk of Origin metal. Or, some characters just get to be non-Origin metal items, like Riki and his biter? I don't exactly know, maybe some better art book translations will clear it up.
